My first EVER deal sourcing deal and how, at the last moment, with the investor pulling out, I was in deep trouble with 4 days to go!
Deal sourcing for me was always a means to an end - a brilliant way to bring in really fast fees, fast cash flow, while I was buying my property portfolio so by the time I had built my portfolio, I closed the deal sourcing business, as its purpose was to bring in revenue, in the medium term for my investing, not to be a long term business,
And how did I find myself, with 4 days to go for a hard deadline, last chance, without an investor for my very first deal, and a property with no building regulation sign off. Yikes!
