What is the best way of finding cash rich investors?

I raised £600k in 14 weeks which allowed me to buy the property portfolio that enabled me to leave my job.
I later raised millions - now all paid back - in private funding through loans and JVs and it worked.
Without the funding I would still be in a job.
However, the question is the wrong one.
It suggests that cash investors are lurking in secret places, accessible by only those in the know.
Cash rich investors are hidden in plain sight.
