I recall everything black powder doing a demo with similar results. Can be done. I think I will stick with multiple cap and ball revolvers for black powder.
@@gotsloco1810 I also have blackpowder guns but I wanted and alternate I case balloon 💭 gos up. And I also have bows and cross bows can make my own arrows.
Note the cypress charcoal was dirtier than the balsa wood. But in .308 bolt gun it was great avg.2300 fsp @100 yrds .3/4 to 1 1/4 5 shots groups 165 gr hard cast rds . Did leave rifle dirty😮😊😊. Mothers milk all around 😅😅😅😅😅😅 still cleaning 🧼 😊😊😊😊😊
@@pilgrimm23 I have steam Jenni that I modified to make cleaning dirty firearms easier and faster. And I use mother’s milk hot water and then plenty of oil . I did brush out the bores after the steam treatment. They are in safe waiting next time.
@@catfishsiegel30 Mother's Milk? is that like Moose Milk a mix of Ballistol and water? If I shoot the Black I ALWAYS clean with water and occasionally soap to neutralize the acids and salts. then I use conventional cleaning. BTW you have a home range? I have lusted for such all my life. Otner then into the dirt or the wood pile I needs drive a good 12 miles (4 on logging roads) to get to a shooting place.
@@pilgrimm23 yes moose milk I call it mother’s milk . Yes on range can go out to 1100 yrds or 1200 if you open both sides doors of the barn and just shoot through.
