    Im starting the 5 day water fast tomorrow and will eat on Tuesday. Im 65kg currently and hoping to lose 3kg at least. Then im planning to do the 5 day fast monthly until i reach my goal of 47kg. Im 4ft 9" so nhs bmi cal told me i should be around 39-52kg. 18kg to go 💪🏽i was 105kg during pregnancy, ive lost 40kg thus far 👏

    You look bright and happy in the face at the end of your fast. Good job! I'm in day two of a fast of six days. I fasted five days last week and lost about 10 pounds. I hope to reach my goal weight.

      Hi!! Appreciate that, it was hard but worth it. It's impossible to target particular body areas, just like with exercise. You may shed some fat there, but there's no guarantee 🧡

    Please can someone tell me if you can still take vitamins while fasting? Im vit D deficient and take them daily also have anemia on and off if i dont watch iron intake my body doesnt store the iron i get from food no matter what can i take these and still fast?

      It sounds abit dangerous to me in my opinion for you to do that if you have those deficiencies and need to take your vitamins.Aren't you advised to take them with food? Just asking ,I am not your doctor, though so don't take my word for it.Why not try intermittent fasting instead?.

      You want to detox first with fasting so your body will absorb vitamins better when you’re feeding

      Black coffee. “Drinking moderately low to zero-calorie drinks-like coffee-during a fasting window is unlikely to significantly compromise your fast in any way”

    Hey I started my water fast today
    I’ll try to do for 7 days and how much amount of water should I consume in a day?

      Hey! Many medical professionals recommend 2-3 litres per day when fasting. I aim for 3 litres. Good luck! Just ride out the hunger waves.

      I focused on eating healthy whole foods for the first few days but because the fast wasn’t over 7 days, I didn’t stick to a strict protocol.
