Everything was good bro, but when u were checking the relay I coukd hear the clicks but wondering, couldn't see how you were checking it....but good 👍 vid. Also you can use the continuity mode on the multimeter (The mode that gives an audible sound when the two prongs are connected together.) To test a fuse.
My van's right indicators work perfectly but the left clicks real fast and the globes don't flash at all. I have checked the globes and they are fine. So according to your video it sounds like it may be the multi function switch. You didn't guve any detail on this besides it needing to be replaced. Does this require a professional? Same issue with mine! Lights work but still hyper flash oem light bulbs. Update: light bulb was good connectors are good just needed to use some of that electric grease and it’s now good to go.

Hey, so I have a 1995 Suzuki Sidekick that I got from a guy for $400 and had to change the headlight housing because all of the reflective surface was gone, so since then, the right front turn signal doesn't work properly with the headlights on. It blinks, but it is so faint that it might as well not be working. That light also burns brighter than the left when it's just on and not blinking and with no headlights on the right side blinks rapidly, but both the front and rear bulbs are working! Can my multifunction switch on 1999 Chevrolet Silverado cause the REAR right turn signal and left brake light to both flash along with the left turn signal when left signal is turned on . Ok I have a question, i installed a new multifuncal switch today because once in a while my left blinker would blink really fast when braking and then settle down. Same happens to the left but not as bad. But here is the big kicker, when I go to underground parking (dull lights) my blinkers stop working. But when I go back to driving in the daylight, they start to work again.. SO to sum it up - blinkers go fast and slow when braking and blinkers stop working in underground. any explanation for something like this? My vehicle is a dicontinued 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette

its nice when relays are under hood with other fuses but when manufacturers hide them under sterring wheels or even beyond radio then you have more job to do

And what it was, I removed the headliner board for re[placing the upholstery on it, and disconnected the wire to the ceiling lens. The shop manual (I fortunately have for that car 2001 Saturn SL2) advised to attach those wires w/scotch tape, so I disconnected it fm/the plug by the rear window. The plug was sitting on a thin plate, which I assumed was there for keeping the plug in correct place. After I did some research I've learned that grounding could cause Turning Signals go off. The Manual showed 2 grounding wires on the rear close to that plug. There was a clip on the plug, metal one. I disconnected the grounding there, so even w/plug in the T S-ls didn't work of course. It might be helpful for someone else. Pls check the grounding as well if you have a problem w/T Signals and the fuse is fine. I was about to replace the Steering Column Switch, and actually ordered one already (so will have a spare now, not bad thing though).

The left blinker in my mom's 1998 Hyundai Elantra blinked too fast, and the front and back bulbs blinked at the same speed, so I can conclude that the problem wasn't with the bulbs. Apparently, the problem was with either the fuse or the blinking mechanism

Hey guys quick question, my son has a 96 gmc 1500 and had a drivers side rear turn signal/brake light issue. Fuse, relay good, etc. i ended up replacing the panel board, bulbs, and plug. I tested the plug and getting power to the back plug but when I plug it in nothing, i tested the prong without bulb with plugged in and it’s getting power. But with bulb in only time it works is if I squeeze the plug into the panel board. Soon as I let slight pressure off plug it doesn’t work. Not sure if I just need to find OEM plug and panel or what. It’s starting to piss me off. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Ok, my problem, hazards work, passenger rear signal doesn’t.. I think I know what to do. The wiring for the hazard is good. The ground for signal perhaps, power to the bulb

Great video, I'm familiar with the problem you had with this one. I've got something I hadn't seen before. All the bulbs are good and flashing like they should except the Front left is Hyper flashing, yet all the bulbs are working. Can someone give me a direct to go?
What vehicle is it? Just wondering because I have the same problem. All lights work as expected, except the left turn signal, it in many cases goes into hyper flash. Once in a great while, it flashes at normal speed. I always thought that meant the direction on that side on opposite end of vehicle was bad.

Nice one! 2015 Ram 1500, Left side, FT rapid blink, rear nothing, does have tail lamp but no turn, hazard or brake. Right side has no problems.

How do u test the back lights if the battery is in the front
Same way when he was testing the connector
It is an indication that any auxiliary is short circuit, try to find otherwise it will short that parts

Great video, I have a 2008 Honda Civic Ex and when I turn on the blinkers the hazards come on. I checked every bulb and fuse on the vehicle and still no luck. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thank you

Hey I have a weird issue with mine..I have a 2003 Nissan Maxima..
My turn signals blinks fast only when applying brakes while driving when turn signal swtich is on.....Also when im fully stopped while i have my turn signal on sometimes it stays on fadely without blinking also along with the opposite turn signal at the same time...Any advice??

Ok, my problem, hazards work, passenger rear signal doesn’t.. I think I know what to do. The wiring for the hazard is good. The ground for signal perhaps, power to the bulb
I got new bulbs and one side works fine no hyper blink but the other side is no light and hyper blinking

Great video, I'm familiar with the problem you had with this one. I've got something I hadn't seen before. All the bulbs are good and flashing like they should except the Front left is Hyper flashing, yet all the bulbs are working. Can someone give me a direct to go?
What vehicle is it? Just wondering because I have the same problem. All lights work as expected, except the left turn signal, it in many cases goes into hyper flash. Once in a great while, it flashes at normal speed. I always thought that meant the direction on that side on opposite end of vehicle was bad.

How does it know theres a bulb out and how does it make it flash faster?
The resistance in the vehicle lighting circuit is changed when the bulb is out, which is monitored.
