I’ve forgotten about this book until I came across it in one of my local shops. I went to look through it and I was disappointed to find no new future minifigures in it. But I’ll still get it anyway
I think it's funny how none of the green lanterns (apart from Hal) have appeared in regular sets: John came in a book, Jessica came with a movie and Simon came in a CMF, and even then, the first appearence from Hal was NOT in a LEGO set, but in a SDCC giveaway or what ever it was.
Which minifigures or information did you notice was missing from here? So far I've seen people point out that Red Hood and Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn are absent. What else?
Red Hood, Katanna, Black Canary, Clock King, Hugo Strange, that one green skeleton, REVERSE FLASH, Clayface :(, Ares (I think), probs others but what kills me most is that someone like, there was three others too u mentioned who missed a style idk
I forgot that this book was coming out 😅 I absolutely love how they set this book up, way better than the last one! It’s awesome that they included some minifigures/variants who didn’t get their own page in the corner of some pages! They missed out on a lot, of course, but I still definitely wanna buy this to put on my shelf with the other one! (Also I love the Val-Zod minifigure! It’s great to get a non-Batman minifigure for this book LOL)

This book reminds me how good Batman sets and figs were... The Val fig looks great, although i'd probably only get it if i spot it in a bookstore or something

You know you can use the legs of benny from lego movie 2 that comes out in the set 70848, which are double mold legs of blue and white, I feel that it would fit very well to the minifigure
I love this book, i can't believe they were able to fit every Minifigure even the ones from the Lego movies, I bought the Ninjago one last year so I will probably get this one

When you were flipping through the book I saw the Zod followers and I thought that it would be awesome to see a Tal Rao minifig like from Superman and Lois.
LEGO will be missing out on a huge opportunity to do an Animated Series set to celebrate the 30th Anniversary. Although they might do it because... Well, it's Batman. But still, we need an animated series set!
I still think they should've made a supermen of the multiverse type set with this maybe throw in Calvin ellis steel kong Kenan. And have them fight red sun superman.
If you’re in the UK, Forbidden Planet has it for £2 cheaper than retail value! Also, the fact the book calls the one hole cape the “new cape” has me pretty scared for the future of the two hole capes.
@@Ashnflash What I mean was that the fact the book uses the exact line “New-style cape doesn’t cross over at the neck” on the “The Batman” Batman figure makes me slightly worried that the one hole cape will be the new normal and not just used in junior/4+ sets - especially, because as you said, that they’re the only capes in the new Thor sets
I’m a little disappointed with the book it feels a little rushed and I also don’t like how reverse flash was put as a small corner for the flash and when they show multiples of people that take two pages like cheetah
I really like this book. It’s got everything you’d expect. The last LEGO book I looked at was the one with Darth Maul which was missing so much. It would be like this book missing _The Batman_ figures. But I won’t buy this because I don’t care about the figure and now I’ve seen everything in here.
Because Connor Kent is a clone of superman in young justice and he was clones using superman and Lex Luthor's DNA in project Krypton which is why he only has Superman's strength but about the laser eyes I don't know
Looks too much like the lex Superman I would’ve liked a black and white suit instead for Clark even if the comic con one is rare they can still make a different variant of that
I really wish the upcoming Superman movie was a Val-Zod movie. We could have gotten something new and fresh... I don't have high hopes for them clinging to Clark with the black Superman, it feels like a MAJOR disservice to EXISTING underrepresented characters who always get ignored.

They made SO many SDCC exclusives in DC, that it makes sense we aren't getting anymore DC sets...so many great characters are locked in with con-exclusives😅🤣 the book looks great! Val-Zod is pretty dope. Don't know if i'm gonna get it though...I think I would have preferred an earth-22 sups...they could have released an actual set with Val-Zod.

This Lego DC book made me realise how much batman we have, But it also made me happy for the justice League sets we have.

That new cape has been happening for years. Last time specifically with Super Heroes is in the Thor sets.
