Thanks Tom! Every video you release is literally a master class in something I am keenly interested in! I can't even express how appreciative I am for you sharing your film music/fx score concepts and work with us! It's a window to a world that few ever get to enter!
the arche strings by expressive E are really impressive, physically modelled, very expressive, very realistic. I was surprised at how good they sounded
Pretty awesome controller! I'm also super intrigued with the Polybrute 12, which has the similar morphe pad built in ... It's like a modern CS-80- brilliant
Tom do a studio session of moterball from alita. that track is insane!
I have the SE and I’m in love with Touché. Thanks Junkie for the vid, more people need this in their workflow. Check out the Arché collection from them. Amazing Cello, Viola and Violin synths.
Does both Touche and Touche SE works with lie software? Can you tell me which one to buy?
Tom, you are hitting that puppy about 100 times harder than you need to.... Rub it gently for some great sounds.
This series is going to be awesome. Thank you for everything you do for the creative community!
I've had mine for a few months. They have pre-set ups for Spire and many others.
You should try the seaboard!
That thing is so sick. Gotta check it out now.
I was actually just using my Touche tonight with the beta of mSoundFactory from Melda... I was using the Touche to excite the input to a physical modeling patch, which works amazingly well! For strings, I recommend both the Arche strings by expressive E, and also all of the Audiomodeling libraries (which also work very well with a LinnStrument or Seaboard).
All those guests, it must be Touché Tuesday!
hi tom! very interesting video! a video of your full studio tour will be incredibly amazing!
Gianluca Calesso He already has one
I got few mpe synths on ipad and they deliver much more fun than any basic synth. But this one looks like 10 steps further. And it work with eurorack!
Hey JXL! What is that usb breakout that you are using!?
It is amazing!
great video, thank you! i have a question, is it possible to use the touché without Lié directly in your DAW do record some automation to some effects with regular midi-mapping?
You forgot to show the left and right bending
Will buy one 😍
If using mainstage for live performance, do you know how to program the Touche ?
I hope you’ll make a follow up video to show us how you’d trigger articualtions on orchestral sample libraries, my guess is that this instrument is a new door for playing those sample libraries more organicly and makes it feel more like playing a real instrument.
I'd have loved to see you do a few measures of the strings in "Elenore Rigby" by the Beatles to see how close you can get to the actual strings in that classic.
Fun! Thanks!
So it is a pressure sensitive and programmable joystick?
Wow.I want to go to heaven, but i don't want to die to get there.
I've been looking at the Touché SE for a couple months now and I really want one. I'm just a little curious of how it works with VST's and which VST's or does it even work with other VST's.
Never enough hard drives for sure. My biggest struggle XD
Hello JXL, May I know what USB hub you are using with MacBookPro as shown in this video? Thank you
Hey! Sorry if this has been answered already. In regards to The Score Academy is there any chance we can hear the winning submissions?
Can top/bottom be re-oriented as side to side?
Hi Tom. I'm some 2 years late to the conversation, but here goes, in the hopes that you might SEE this message: I agree with you that Touche' SE is a WOW piece of KIT. And I am taking into account that you posted this video in the summer of 2019. It [the Touche'] covers 4 of 5 points of control, as do either the ENHANCIA NEOVA or GENKI WAVE, although these two wearable RINGS, to an extent, leave your RING HAND free to also play keys (while modulating). Back to '4 of the 5 points...' none of the above are MPE controllers. darn it. So, it seems that we're left still needing either a Sensel Morph OR a JOUE PLAY, for MPE. My question is... IF you could own a Sensel Morph (they''re sold out worldwide for the foreseeable future) or JOUE', or [essentially] step backwards from these 2 to some ROLI product, would you even need ANY OTHER non-MPE Controller, such as TOUCHE'? I ask you because you are the trusted source for those wishing to truly and efficiently learn CUBAS. Thanks. Mark
Major 7th touch pedal!
So it can make a "touch synth" out of dang near anything? AWESOME!!!!!
Beautiful
Can this help generate a strumming effect for guitar vats and if so, how
Прикольная штука)
I want to know about that Marshall stack.
France does great things in music gear/plugins, what is going on?
Junkie XL can it be cc customized w/ Yorick Tech LFE?
Is that Logitech Speakers , I have alogitech too , z506 60$ .
I’ve wanted a Touché for an age!
Just one age?! 🤯
can it trigger samples?
Lyra8, ContinuuuMini plse, how would you integrate it in your setup?
What is the speaker set on that table? Cambridge Sound used to produce something similar back in the days ...
It looks like a Logitech Z623 speaker set.
Nice "future thing" Tom.
By the way:
I have a "Motu Track 16", but i don't use it, because the sound is not the sound if i convert it...
So i use the normal Audio Port ;P
And i have i idea Tom, but i let you know if >it's< ready ;)
That thing is sweet..
I some questions can you help?
Great. I saw the ads for it. Do you use it in your work often?
cool
Wow
Push me and then just TOUCHÉ me

A very impressive controller. Give us an iOS version please...Peace Christo 👽🎶🐕🛸
Roli Killer
I would like to know, what kind of a laptop you are using for the music production (inc all params like RAM, CPU, etc) :)
Thank you :)
looks like a 2015 or pre-2015 15-inch MacBook pro. maxed out it would be equivalent to a midrange laptop today. somewhere in the range of an 8th gen U series i5, 16 gm ram, 1tb ssd, if you were to try to match his specs on that. if you were going to get a laptop for music i would reccomend at least an 8th gen U series i5 (eg i5 8250U) 8 Gb of ram (get a laptop with upgradeable ram if you can or go for 16) and 500gb of internal storage, store most of your stuff on external hard drives.
@@minorseven2791 thank you :)
@SYNTHWAVE AMBIENTI don't use apple laptops at all and wouldn't advise getting one, just telling this guy the specs.
I’ve got a bunch of midi ccs mapped to my seaboard, always fun to play around with orchestral libraries on there!
So this is basically touchpad controller, but tactile.
“Hidden”
Yet it’s been advertised non-stop for months on RUclips and other gear sites...
I think you missed the point of the series - it's about random stuff laying around his studio, not necessarily rare gear.
lol these speakers
Hidden xD Spamms Ads all over RUclips. Not hidden 😂
Great and very inspiring tool, but in my opinion it's overpriced.
couldn't test before making a video and use decent sounds omfg
