HOW TO MAKE IMITATION CRAB 🦀 CEVICHE | TOSTADAS DE JAIBA | RECIPE | FANCYNANCY LV

Hi 👋 everyone and welcome back!! Today I’m sooo happy to share with my family’s version of imitation crab ceviche! It’s such a delicious 🤤 and refreshing dish! We make it for potlucks and family celebrations and everyone always loves! I hope you give this recipe a try because I promise you won’t regret it!! You will be a hit with whoever you make it for!! Ingredients:
1 - 2lbs package of imitation crab meat
1 - Large tomato
1 - Large Red Onion
2 - Cucumbers
2 - jalapeños
1/2 a bunch of cilantro
1 - cup of lemon or lime juice
3 - tablespoons of Mayonnaise (optional)
Salt, Pepper, and Seasoning Salt to taste
* This amount will feed at least 20 ppl*
