His dad, mom, Sadie and Michael have all worked very hard at his Chateau as well have the workers and volunteers there.The Chateau is younger than Lalande and is still too expensive to heat in winter. Billy and his family moved permanently to the guesthouse. The grandparents are in a cottage, and Sadie/daughter have a tiny guesthouse that they are trading up to an apartment in the new project. Why you have to put down one Chateau to praise another is beyond most people.
Aw, Alexander will have lovely time in Laland for sure. Plenty of things to inspire his creativity, plenty of windows that needs his magic touch and many interesting people to get to know. Feels like Laland may be right up his alley with vivid, eclectic vibe and lively energy throughout the day, with gatherings and many activities to take part in and to enjoy.

@@redauwg911 No. Michael can't drive and it is 5 hours to Lalande. His friend took him last year for a visit. He has been busy this year with his art and cottage renovation. He is even learning woodworking for the baseboards of his cottage. As soon as the bathroom is finished we will see the upstairs in its finished state. The main Chateau is very cold and Alexander doesn't have a room in the quest house where Billy and family live, so he and Jared can sew or paint for Lalande while they are there.

All the family have moved full time into the smaller house because its easier with the 2 small boys. So the Chateau is empty and I presume with the energy crisis they won't be heating an empty Chateau it does makes sense when you think how much it must cost to heat a Chateau.

Alexander is going to love being at La Lande. He’ll have a wonderful time with Stephanie and Philip. They’ll treat him like royalty and he’ll have fun making things for the Château. It was so nice to see Michael and Stephanie together again. It was so cute that Stephanie kept getting caught on film because she’s usually the person filming and she’s not used to being filmed. Her reaction was priceless.

All the family have moved full time into the smaller house because its easier with the 2 small boys. So the Chateau is empty and I presume with the energy crisis they won't be heating an empty Chateau it does makes sense when you think how much it must cost to heat a Chateau.
