If you want to learn about prints DrLoriV on YT can be very helpful. She can help with pricing, where to sign, in pencil and number…Limited runs, etc. you can get an idea of how many to have a printer-print-by the comments. Size also a factor in pricing. Tube ship, so simple! You have had so many gorgeous floral shots and so many from your travels. Good luck!🍀

I love the choice not to paint and use the small wooden trim. And keeping the upper white is so grand! And the window looks like a beautiful piece of art!!!❤
I like the wood trim too! It ties both the book shelf (which is gorgeous, by the way) AND your hanging lights. It really pulls that all together. John is truly brilliant!

The black sliding door frame looks so good that I think the window frame should be black, instead of white.
The black makes the frames look luxurious… in my opinion 😊
The green plants and the wooden beams of the patio blends so well in with the colours inside. And the view out into the garden from the cute window is stunning.

I started watching you when you had about 2000 followers, interested in your van build and van travels. I have remained loyal to watching your lovely family and channel grow and have enjoyed all your moments of being adventurous, brave and thinking big 😊 Having been off sick with Covid for the past week, it's been the perfect opportunity to revisit your older videos. How lovely to see how far you have come, all over again. To anyone new to the Newbys, or have only seen their Portugal adventures, I encourage you to go back in time to watch times past and glimpse how far they have come on a wonderful lifes journey of adventure and memory making. Today I rewatched when the Jits into the Sunset visited and you made the wine lamps. I see them in the background from time to time, so lovely to be reminded how they came to be. Yesterday, I watched you travel with Crusoe to find his namesakes memorial in London. It made we wonder, will there be a time you similarly travel to Conneticut to show Saywer where his name came from ? Long time follower, Ann from Australia

Hello Newbys Your living room and bathroom looks as if they have come straight out of a magazine. Love the colours you chose and love the styling.
Its incredible how John is doing all these renovation and decorating projects wiht such passion. I just really can´t imagine him relaxing on the couch and just enjoying himself doing nothing while just being in these rooms or houses. ;) He is always on the go - isn´t he?

But what I would like to say is that what makes me follow you is the connection between the two of you as a couple, what you show us through the videos, as a family, as a father, as a mother, and the freedom you want to give your children. I want to say that you are two people capable of changing the bubble, changing the environment in which you spread your message. I take every opportunity to make this somehow rewarding for my life. Finding you, finding your channel was really very rewarding. You are an inspiration; you are two wonderful people and parents-keep being who you are. And I sincerely hope that one day we can shake hands. Please ignore the complainers who commented on your storage space. It’s always something……..I do wish that you had at least a sleeping alcove for the boys. The OLD Irish cottages had two bump out sleeping alcoves in the main room. PS, The scenery through your windows is SO beautiful that it looks like a piece of art.

Well John and Tara you both have done it again, the beading on the wall does the finishing touch, very subtle and yet so elegant. The colour is a wowza!! stunning and what I love the most is the window looking onto your tiny house where you work and edit Tara, the scenery is beautiful. You and John have changed that property into a lovely snug and beautiful place with lovely nooks and crannies' to relax and enjoy, the tree house, the outside kitchen area, the lawn the olive grove etc etc. Have a lovely day.

The view from the window is spectacular!
I saw a bed/couch in a living room that was double bed shaped with a trundle and had a mattress on top .it was covered in loose a fiitted upholstery material, It had cushions so one could lean and lounge around on. Would be excellent for boys in winter to play on instead of floor and at night adults grab a Donna and pillows from trundle and slept on it, turning it back to a couch in the morning, more comfortable than a fold up bed and more useful.

Don't forget to use the designers mantra, 60/30/10 . You have the green as the 60, the white as the 30, and by the look of things the black around the door/ patio doors? . I've banged my head numerous times over the years, and I've always ended up with this setup. When you add soft furnishings it always the bomb ❤

Lovely to see you both again. My LT was down for nearly 2 weeks, so now to catch up! The picture by the window is perfect, and the window looks like another beautiful picture. Enjoyed seeing Crusoe helping dad to build the kitchen cupboards, and Sawyer being his delightful self. What a perfect gift for Joao, he is such a treasure, and had difficulty realizing it really was for him! I love John's cheeky smile, and you are right Tara, he has wonderful taste, but so do you. You complete each other so well. I was also from Bristol, a long time ago!! Looking forward to seeing more!🌹
John maybe putty to block that difference from the edge of the cabinet to the wall where you scrolled the wood. Also can be filled with fine wood shaving and glue.
Good afternoon AND Happy Wednesday Newby family, that extended room with the window is like a work of art, the colours blend in beautifully. Now you spiked our curiosity Tara, small glimpse of John's kitchen in Bristol, we want to see the rest of the apartment. 😅😊 Really like the bathroom also perfect the cabinet matches very well, cannot wait for the kitchen when all finished, keep gas, the food tastes better and cooks better. The wood at the level of tops of doors is called a picture rail, years ago you would use special brass hooks to hold pictures on chains, ribbon etc. great job as always 🥰
I showed my wife the wall colour with the weaver painting which I love, we have so many weaver nests in our garden in SA, and she says “ It’s beautiful but l love the the one on the left it looks so realistic” 😂😂😂

The rimmer is fantastic, adds some class 😊 just want to mention that a lot of RVs use the very underneath of kitchen cabinets as storage drawers rather than wasted space. Where the kickers would go. 😉
Have you considered a Murphy bed in the living room? John has the talent and imagination to make it seamless during the day and give you a master bathroom at night. Also great for future guests.

I agree with you on the brown trim. It adds warmth and a nice finish that ties in the shade for the ceiling light and the frame of the picture etc. I’m glad you went for it! ❤

Dado rail to stop chairs etc from damaging the wall, picture rail between the top of the door and the ceiling. Before plasterboard and timber framing , you struggled to put a nail into the brick and plaster so a picture rail was put up so you could hang mirrors and pictures. 👍😀

Wow, my first impression of the new painted room was..." there are two pictures now hanging on the wall! But the left one was just the window! 🙈🙈🙈How beautiful is the outlook to the tiny house!!! The door is in the middle of the window frame, the tree blends in on the upper side. So nice!

We like the colour you chose. Yes a thin piece of oak trim along the top of the wall makes it look that much nicer. And looking out the window at the other house, makes it look like a beautiful picture postcard on the wall. It's a great look.

The whole project is a little masterpiece. Thankyou for sharing it with us. Did you know that you can get double bed double bunks? Maybe that could be the answer to getting the boys out of your bed and into their own space. Perhaps, as a special treat, the boys could sleep in a little tent in the lounge area on weekends? ❤🌈🏡
