Awesome! This is great inspiration to go visit!
This is not Czech my friend is romania

1:15 Timisoara is in Romania, why did you read it as "Temesvár"?
There’s also a Czech village in Serbian Banat that’s called Češko Selo(which literally means “Czech Village”) and with 39 Czech inhabitants it’s the only settlement in Serbia with a Czech majority population. It’s really small but they have a small museum and a really nice church and they’re really trying to keep the village alive
Also known as Fabian
There’s another one in Serbia called Bela Crkva. I have great friends there
@@PedroGiomo it's awesome in the summer. The lakes are great for swimming!

just go to the local pub and say "Hi There, can i sleep with some one?" why didnt I think of this~
yeah. what could possibly go wrong?!
You can even do it in public if you have at least 4000 Czech crown in cash on you :D
I couldn’t tell, is he being serious or not. Because 350 crowns isn’t bad for sleeping with someone 👀
Tomáš Hamsa, you’ve been watching too much PHub bro 😔😔
Ismail Haque What kind of a youtube channel is this Phub?
Someday you should go look for the Czech towns in Texas.
There is a big Czechoslovak community in New York, I attended a wine/beer festival the last time I was in New York.
Small country, but all over the world.
or Chikago, the Serbian vilage in America :D
Been there :)
Yo best channel
Here are the places in Serbia/Vojvodina, South Banat you can visit towns and villages where Czechs live: Bela Crkva, Češko Selo, Kruščica, Gaj, Kovin, Veliko Središte, Vršac. But, come to Serbia anyway😊 You are the best! Keep up the good work✊
Da li je nešto zanimljivo u Češkom Selu ili u blizini? Htio sam da posetim ovo mesto, ali trebam znati, ako tamo je nešto za turiste?
I live in Vrsac, come visit it sometimes! (Ja zivim u Vrscu, dodjite nam ponekad!)
In Vrsac is Romano-Serbians :) which is mean if i go in Vrsac ( in romanian Vârșeț) i can speak romanian :)

Never knew we had Czech settlements here in Romania. Funny how I've learned so much stuff I didn't know about my own country through foreign vloggers lately.

In transylvania we say 'musai' when we must do something, I now know where the word comes from.
They have a similar word in Hungarian. They all probably come from the German mussen.
@@tibork9668 you have no ideea how much I've done that verb in my German class at school somewhere in Transilvania, but never thought about the connection...

@@CHXKEBLXOD I am actually a part Hungarian from my mother, but I don't know hungarian pretty well, only knew some words and how to read with pronunciation.

Really beautiful to see there are some villages with a very traditional life style
@Thomas Wagner are you from there?
stateradio115 i can guarantee he isnt but he’s unfortunately right. I’m from there, if there’s anything you’d like to know dont be shy to ask
You should definitely visit the Czech villages in Vojvodina (Serbia). There is literally a village called Češko Selo, which translates to... Czech Village. :D
guys, yous should visit the czech community in bosnia when you find time :) mostly settled in sarajevo (80%)... evne the czech embassy is, of course, next to the brewery :D
The is also a really cool Czech community in banja luka. Most of them don’t even speak Czech anymore, but they still keep their culture alive
These languages are so similiar, sometimes you dont notice that you arent in the local community, kinda good place, but has been scammed once too.(Not counting the bosnian pyramid myth)
Hi, I'm from Rovensko and im really glad you liked it here! I saw you when you were here but it took me a while to recognize you and i also felt a bit awkward to say hi randomly. Hopefully you will visit again :D
Hi minqa i hope u are ok
As a Romanian myself, I had no ideea there was such a village😍
Looks very beautiful, it may be an authentic traditional Romanian village. You should do visit more of Romania, so many undiscovered jewels waiting to be seen 😍😍
It looks like classic Czech village :-)
He won't even go to Brno, so you are wasting your time asking. Sorry.
@@ColinH1973 what are you talking about when did he say that?
Well this location historically belonged to Hungary. Together with whole Transylvania. Many Czechs went there. Austria-Hungary was a multinational state. Romania got this territory after treaty of Trianon. But the people remained :)

Welcome and well, enjoy pălinca ! 😄

Wow, it just looks so humble.
I am so happy you are in my country good luck broo
Love this video!!!! I've been to Prague and your videos were my guide for the "hidden gems". Never thought you can show me a hidden gem in my own country. Really happy to see that in this channel there are some cool romanians also... not like the other ones from your previous videos. Thank you very much, guys!!! You are doing a great job!!!! Multumesc!
The Czech consulate is in my town(Oradea). :)
There are a few Czech villages close by here too! Come visit again but announce it. I'll take you to a brewery for a drink.
I’m from the UK and visited Oradea last summer with my eldest son. We had a great time in your beautiful city. I can’t wait to return there sometime
No way! These are slovakian villages like Șinteu- Nova Huta, Valea Cerului - Čer Potok, Borumlaca - Borumlak etc! Budoi where is the slovakian high-school, Mădăras near Salonta, some villages near Marghita or Suplacu de Barcău. But siovakian, not czech! And of course in the nearby county, Arad, the village/small town with almost 5.000 slovaks and slovak maire!

Thanks man i have learned something about my own country Romania! You are doing a great job !
Oh my god my favorite country
Třeba to i pomůže některým lidem žijícím v těchto vesnicích, protože způsob obživy tam není jednoduchý.
Place looks so awesome.

Greetings from Romania! Interesting story.
Thank You!
Good video especially for me as a Romanian living in Prague who really enjoys your videos. Just a few notes: It’s not “thousands of Km away but merely 800 from Prague to those Czech Villages”. Second, Transylvania and Banat were never part of the Balkans, neither physically, not culturally. Wallachia and Moldavia can be considered culturally as “balcanic” as they were were Ottoman Vassals for 400 years, but even them are not part of the Balcans geographically. We love the nations in the Balcans though, just needed to be specific. Also good job for everything you guys do!😇
