Wow...what a mixture of tranquility and adventure! Feeding the calf looked like a lot of fun...it was soooo cute! My grandparents had a farm and most of my happiest childhood memories are about spending time with them there. My Nan was also a brilliant cook, so seeing your delicious meals also made me smile.

I stayed on a farm 🚜 In England for a week & you got to help collect the chicken eggs 🥚 & it was fall so the pumpkin 🎃 also were ready. It's a grueling life for the workers but awesome 👌 to chip in & the food was so fresh & healthy. Loved the farm dogs 🐕 & 🐈 that roamed the property. Awesome time guys & nice shot 🎯 !
I am so grateful for RUclips. I have travelled to many countries and have learnt so much. It is always a wonderful experience for me as I learn about other peoples' culture! I know one person from Romania, "not that you care to know". His daughter might just read this, you never know - small world. He is Mr McKove, don't know if that is spelt correctly but that is how it is pronounced. He was the PE teacher at Baobab School in Botswana where I was a Special Needs Teacher. I am Jamaican 🇯🇲 . It's funny how you're so amazed with the small towns, farms and animals... There's a lot of that in the US, you know... I was an exchange student in WA and OR in 1987, always in small towns, and I was in a farm for a week during Spring Break, in a very small town in Oregon, called Hereford (pop. 35). Had to wake up at 6am every morning, 'cause the freaking cows can't eat at noon, as you might know... They have to eat at 7am! Sooooo..... Freezing cold, riding on a tractor and feeding hay to the rows of cows following us. Oh, and I also helped deliver a calf at 5:30am!! Surrounded by coyotes that wanted to eat the calf and the cow... And probably us too! I got the whole farm experience package there!! Anyway, here in Brazil, part of my family comes from a small town. Well, now it isn't that small anymore... But I used to go there with my grandparents every school vacation (July & December/January). So, I'm pretty used to small towns, farms and animals, even though I was born and raised in Ipanema Beach, Rio de Janeiro, a city of over 12 million people in its metropolitan area. Anywho..... I'm planning a trip through Europe and Romania is one of the countries that surprised me the most! I also found some amazing and unexpected places in Norway, Iceland, Turkey and Scotland. And of course all the obvious ones, like France, Greece, England, Italy, etc... A lot of cool places to visit!! Europe has more than 50 countries!!

Im living the dream and staying in a Romanian village too! |The big difference is that where I stay, its very nice, there is so much folklore and its in Moldova part! I actually see Moldova and Ukraine from outside my house :)
I live in other city from Romania (south area).. but I did said to myself.. if I am to move from my native city.. Brașov will be one of my top choices. There are a few other beautiful cities too (Oradea is gorgeous for example).. but my parents are in south so if I go to Brașov.. I won't be (kinda) too far from them (driving wise). Brașov is also kinda in the middle of the country and you can visit other areas or cities around (like Sighișoara, Sibiu or Cluj.. all beautiful).. a bit more easy.

I studied Geography and Geomorphology and those hills look an awful lot like an old landslide. We call those "Glimee" which roughly translates to landslide. Basically it's a pleistocene-holocene landslide that formed them. If you check the sattelite map of the are you can even see the relief of how they formed.

He is Mr McKove, don't know if that is spelt correctly but that is how it is pronounced. He was the PE teacher at Baobab School in Botswana where I was a Special Needs Teacher. I am Jamaican 🇯🇲 . It's funny how you're so amazed with the small towns, farms and animals... There's a lot of that in the US, you know...
I was an exchange student in WA and OR in 1987, always in small towns, and I was in a farm for a week during Spring Break, in a very small town in Oregon, called Hereford (pop. 35).
Had to wake up at 6am every morning, 'cause the freaking cows can't eat at noon, as you might know... They have to eat at 7am! Sooooo..... Freezing cold, riding on a tractor and feeding hay to the rows of cows following us. Oh, and I also helped deliver a calf at 5:30am!! Surrounded by coyotes that wanted to eat the calf and the cow... And probably us too! I got the whole farm experience package there!!
Anyway, here in Brazil, part of my family comes from a small town. Well, now it isn't that small anymore...
But I used to go there with my grandparents every school vacation (July & December/January). So, I'm pretty used to small towns, farms and animals, even though I was born and raised in Ipanema Beach, Rio de Janeiro, a city of over 12 million people in its metropolitan area.
Anywho..... I'm planning a trip through Europe and Romania is one of the countries that surprised me the most! I also found some amazing and unexpected places in Norway, Iceland, Turkey and Scotland.
And of course all the obvious ones, like France, Greece, England, Italy, etc... A lot of cool places to visit!! Europe has more than 50 countries!!

Im living the dream and staying in a Romanian village too! |The big difference is that where I stay, its very nice, there is so much folklore and its in Moldova part! I actually see Moldova and Ukraine from outside my house :)
I live in other city from Romania (south area).. but I did said to myself.. if I am to move from my native city.. Brașov will be one of my top choices.
There are a few other beautiful cities too (Oradea is gorgeous for example).. but my parents are in south so if I go to Brașov.. I won't be (kinda) too far from them (driving wise). Brașov is also kinda in the middle of the country and you can visit other areas or cities around (like Sighișoara, Sibiu or Cluj.. all beautiful).. a bit more easy.

I studied Geography and Geomorphology and those hills look an awful lot like an old landslide. We call those "Glimee" which roughly translates to landslide. Basically it's a pleistocene-holocene landslide that formed them. If you check the sattelite map of the are you can even see the relief of how they formed.
