Hello, I see a lot of people in the comments making opinion on the whole population of Russian people (140M+ of people), so I'd like to remind you that this video might just have a "lucky" sampling of people, which might not correspond to reality on the bigger picture.
Some people in the video said hateful comments, it doesn't mean you should also fall for hatred. Be kind.*
    ***
Question: How can i not hate them if they hate me????
    Answer: EASY
EDIT: By the way, this video is not monetized because of the hate speech apparently. If you like our videos, support our team. Check the links in the description ☺

Nothing surprising about that. A Western writer, who was driven to Russia by the winds of war, described in his memoirs the scene of a May Day demonstration in 1940. He saw workers standing next to him enthusiastically responding to slogans shouted from megaphones. When the demonstration ended, he talked with them on the way home. They challenged the organizers (= the government) with the worst insults. From their explanations it appeared that.... no, the enthusiasm was not forced by fear. Both reactions: enthusiasm and hatred were sincere. This is the kind of schizophrenia....

Ukrainians are our brothers, Poles are wonderful people. We are against the war. We must dеstrоy Poland!
Because: Poland and the NATO countries have de facto declared war on Russia by supplying weapons to the anti-Russian pro-NATO forces that usurped power in Ukraine (friendly and allied with Russia) in 2014. NATO countries train tеrrоrists in Ukraine who kill and intimidate the population of Ukraine and Russia. The NATO country carried out a tеrrоrist attack on Russian infrastructure (Nord Stream). Today, the Russians are the largest divided nation in Europe by the NATO bloc. NATO does not allow us to unite in Ukraine. My family is divided by the NATO "wall" between Russia and Ukraine, like tens of millions of families in Russia and Ukraine. It's a tragedy.
P.s. Therefore, if you live in a NATO country, do not be surprised if one day an nucе Avangard (hyppersonic glide vehicle) flies to you. We will unite with our families in hеavеn, and you will gо tо hеll. Say thanks to your authorities, and to your master - the USA.

yeah... russian history books are... different. they are not just brainwashed about present day events - their entire history has been edited and parts rewritten or for the most inconvenient simply removed as if they never happened. I am sure that makes it even tougher to recognise the truth - after all russia is a peaceful country which has never invaded its neighbours and only every helps people - and ukrainians are just brainwashed russians that need to either be reeducated or exterminated. the cognitive disconnect in these people is astounding. And as time passes, the people interviewed are becoming more explicit, resolute and vehement in their statements. russia is destroying its own soceity. How hard it must be for guys like that older guy who obviously understood the truth but is surrounded by a society spiralling back into 19th century ways of thinking and plunging into extremism .

I was born in Kaliningrad(the closest Russian city to Poland) and lived there for 20+ years.
We've traveled to Poland and Lithuania so many times. Especially when we were kids. Krakow, Mikolajki, Vilnius, and other cities.
All my life I've seen only people who were kind to me and never indifferent there.
The last time I was in Poland was in 2019. I could even talk in Russian with some of the people when needed to know the road or had some other questions.
For me, it is a big pain to see this direction. When I argue with people about Ukraine and try to explain to them how stupid is it to invade other countries in 2023 one of my main argument-question is "So maybe we should invade Poland or Lithuania next? And after that let's start a war with a whole world, is it the way for our politics?" Because I know that everyone in my circle of people would understand how stupid is it. And it works.
And now I see this. I have no comments really.
In Russia, we are taught to respect old people no matter what. But how can I respect someone who wants to kill babies, invade all neighbors, and made a country driven this way? They are just mad.

Which I previously stated, If you did not know there has been a Syrian civil war going on for 11 years and in the early years of the war. ISIS grew very big in its control of land, as it controlled much of Northern Syria and Iraq (where the U.S has a few bases) These bases not only economically helped the U.S but ensured these oil fields wont get in the hands of the ISIS group because oil = big money. Which provides funding for purchase of tanks, guns and stuff like that. Also to prevent attacks from other groups during when Wagner PMC Russians which combined arms of some elements of the Assad Syrian army tried to take a U.S oil and army base. There has also been exchanges with the Russian army that also once controlled these Oil Rigs and other Bases in where once Russian Army pulled out they were given to the U.S army to use.

Every nation has skeletons in its closet, but I think avoiding that truth altogether makes us ill-equipped to deal with the repercussions. These historic injustices create present day problems, and if you can't perceive that link, you can't begin to amend and heal. You can't have a just and equitable society that denies where it came from.
Germany in the 1930s and 1940s and Russia today, however, go beyond that. It's not just a denial of the past and present, it's an inability to perceive guilt, fault, imperfection, or error and a dangerous willingness to project these things on a vague externalized enemy. In this state, Russia cannot come to terms with its past, but I also don't think it can even build anything for its future. This is a national stagnancy. It's going to ruin itself like Germany did 80 years ago. That might not come quickly, but I worry what the next 10-20 years of Russia will look like.

My grandfather, who was under German ocupation, told me that they were feeling a lot more fear towards Russians than Germans. When German soldiers came to take his city, most of the time there were no atrocities after. People were ofc living in fear, but for the most time nothing bad happened to civilians. Also he told me that higher ranking officers were quite educated and smart and for most of the time it would be not acceptable do sth terrible to civilians for no reason. What he told me about Russian soldier I will not write, as I don't want to spread hate. I can tell kinda funny story instead:
At one day Russian soldier came to my grandfather, and he ordered him to give him a toothpaste for his oficer ( someone with higher rank). And he put out his finger, and was waiting for my grandfather to squeeze the toothpaste onto his finger. So my grandfather told him that he will give him a whole tube. And he angrily repliend not to question him, as this was a direct order from higher rank. Also some of Russian soldieres were eating from potty (urinal), becasue they thought it is cauldron. So um, yeah - go figure what they could possibly do to civilians.
