WTF $30?!? What is going on with fast food prices? I remember as a young teenager, it was tradition for my family to eat Taco Bell on Sundays after church. I still remember vividly my Dad would hand the cashier a $20 dollar bill and get back pocket change. It fed the 5 ofbus. 2 adults and 3 boys. I'm now in my 40's.

The app caused all THAT? The first female who grudgingly took your improperly ordered sandwich probably devoured it before she even started her car. That is just way too much breading for my taste. $14 for a chicken sandwich is out of control.

Attractive enough to order a 12 piece meal and turn down a free sandwich because it is against her food choices!!! She must be not bad!
Drama galore here uh Just and an expensive trip down to KFa… yes, this has been a staple perm menu item for a while down here but does have cheese onnit as well as chilli relish sauce and supercharged sauce (spicy mayo) and gets pretty good ratings priced decently at $10.95 - a disastrous day at the office
That idea of saving acouple mins. by using the app cost you more time and 15 bucks. ouch

It was the app that messed up.
People are so weird these days. Who says no to free food? Even KFC which is usually a greasy mess. Also this is why I don't use any of the apps they are so bad to navigate. $30 dollar SMASH! YEAH!!

Between JT and corporate greed, I don't know why people just don't stop going to these places. They'd get the message quick if there's no one walking through the door, unfortunately we as Canadians tend to just bend over and take it. As 1 commenter said, better option is Costco's bbq chicken, that would be a main course for the entire family, cheers.

So they basically charged you over double what you should have gotten ordering it through the app which ended up not being your fault as you mentioned their app is screwed up removing the sauce and adding the cheese for whatever reason. They should've owned up to it and refunded you the overcharge through the app at least and take it up with corporate themselves to fix the app bug. A sandwich you ended up giving away to some bat who thought it was beneath her. Horrible.
That sums it up.
KFC is too stingy with their spicy mayo! I'd like to request extra of it but feel too embarrassed to ask.

I just went on the app to see if I get that error, too. I do. It adds cheese and takes away the mayo. You should email them and complain. Also, they spelled " customize " with an s instead of a z ... customise lol

Kfcs customer service sucks i got cold food last time i wemt there complained when i got food that had clearly been sitting and the didnt even respond to my email
I won't even bother.
Last year I ordered online for a pick up. I prepaid via credit card. Got to the store to find out they were out of that my specific sandwich meal. The store said they would refund my money. Several months went by, no refund yet. I called head office, they said they'd refund me. Again several months went by, still no F'n refund.....So 6 months later I had enough, I marched in the KFC I ordered from and did not leave until they gave me a meal or I call the police. Finally the manager just gave me a free meal of that combo (even tho I paid for it 6 months ago.) Absolute crooks! Yeah it was $20, but it's the principal.
