Heartless scumbags. I mean every prick who pushed this racist bullshit travesty forward, including The New York Post and Daily News who immediately convicted the "Central Park 5" with their daily headlines. I remember. One more thing: anyone who knows what Trump said about this case THEN AND NOW yet still votes for him next year doesn't deserve their own freedom.

@@bigdogg7761 and that's the sad part. Blacks are always first to be suspected and this case highlights that in many many more cases both back then and now the authorities are willing to go as far as breaking the law to incriminate blacks even when there's convincing evidence to the contrary. I watched this documentary in one sitting and part 1 and 4 especially had me bawling. These boys were babies when this happened and based on what was portrayed they all came from good upbringing the only one whose home was shown in a not soo positive light was the one who wasn't even at the park but he got exploited and punished the most.

To mention is that we were in other Country where I live now legal but At the time we were illegal there because our mother brought us with her because she worked summer season here. If they had found out about it they would like easily deport us and forbid us to go to Austria in like 5 from then. That is part of a reason I try to Avoid troubles even if I live 4 Years here legal. Because even though I'm white I'm from Balkan and some of our people are infamous for commiting crimes in West Europe and we could easily get framed too.

Semen, dirt, and grass stains that were found on Kevin Richardson's underwear (it was argued that the presence of semen on the crotch of his underwear was consistent with the confessions that they were unable to ejaculate while attempting to rape Trisha Meili). Semen stains were also found on Antron McCray's underwear and Raymond Santana's sweatshirt.
Mud was found caked on the front of Antron McCray's Calvin Klein jeans and hooded sweatshirt. The jogger was found with mud and dirt all over her body. Antron said that he fell in the mud while running from the police and then hid there.
Korey Wise had washed his clothes when he got home on the night of the attacks.
Blood stains were found on Raymond Santana's right sneaker, Yusef Salaam's jacket, and on Steve Lopez's underwear. The traces on Santana's sneaker and Salaam's jacket were too small to match to the blood types of the victims.
Korey Wise's friend's older sister, Melody Jackson, told investigators on the eve of the trial that Wise had confessed to her that he did not rape Trisha Meili but rather held and fondled her leg during the attack (Wise grabbing the victim's leg is in line with what both the surgeon and plastic surgeon observed at the hospital, red outlines of different-sized hand prints on her thighs and lower legs).
As officers were taking Clarence Thomas and Kevin Richardson to the precinct, Thomas began to cry and blurted out, "I know who did the murder. I know where he lives and I'll tell you his name." Richardson said that he knew as well and agreed to give them the name. Then Thomas said that it was Antron McCray. According to the officers, Richardson agreed and said, "Yeah. That's who did it." This was before the female jogger was found.
Detective Michael Sheehan reported that while he was transporting Raymond Santana from the Central Park Precinct to the 20th Precinct, Santana on his own said, "I had nothing to do with the rape. All I did was feel the woman's t--s." This was prior to the police knowing about the rape.
Yusef Salaam admitted to carrying a metal pipe during the evening and stated that he was holding onto it for someone else. Jogger John Loughlin, who was seriously injured, was beaten with a pipe.

Damn VLAD, you should have at least put the YEAR this was originally recorded (like 2 years ago) in the description if not onscreen.

The fact they arent still in prison, and on top of it all are held up as heros and given millions is sickening. Hopefully theyll get their comeuppance one day.

Yusef seems like the most adjusted one from the movie and interviews. His mother is a giant, she walked into the station and escorted him out. If I'm not mistaken Yusef is a Muslim and he connected with other Muslims while he was in prison which also helped to keep him strong and steady

Great interview,i used to work with Raymond santana, great person it's unfortunate that this incident occurred, but i remember as a kid how extremely racist New York was an there is so many stories to be told about injustice and abuse.

The guy interviewing is so upsetting. All he has to say after either of them talking is “right” seems so in-compassionate. Not to be mention he clearly didn’t do his research beforehand. Should have given their interview to someone else who actually cares what these men went through
