As I was making this loosely following the recipe because I was trying to multi-task (and seeing that it says serves 2 so I assumed 2 people/2 burgers), I would up preparing 2 giant burgers instead of 4 regular sized ones. As I was forming the patties it didn't make sense to use one slice of cheese for the middle so I doubled it and I rationalized the larger patty as "it'll just shrink while it's cooking." This is for dinner for tomorrow night so we'll see how it goes. Luckily for me if it's trash I have extra ingredients as a back up. LOL
When I think of any burger in the US including the juicy lucy and it's origin I also remember George Motz..

Yeah, they are better than 5-8 Club. At Matt's they adhere to the simplicity and let the meat shine through. Really what I prefer in my burger.
