Was anyone else waiting for Allison to say "Surprise- we bought a train!" ? I think my favorite part though was when they closed up Clementine to leave her and Ruby. That chunk sound the door makes reminds me so much of the pickup camper we used to have.
This is turning out to be a classic Alison and Eric road trip adventure! Yay, I've missed these type of episodes! It's like we've timewarped back 5 years 🙂
You know, you two deserve a great big wonderful experience, because you constantly bring fun and adventure to us. Not to mention, your fantastic problem solving skills and I hope that means something to you, no response required!
It's strange standing between the train coaches. I worked on the overnight train from Aberdeen to London. If you stand in one coach the other coach seems to be the only one moving. Swap coaches and it appears it the other!!😂
This is a great adventure. The train ride was fantastic. The Landscapes were breathtaking. What a beautiful experience. The sandwiches at the end looked delicious. Thanks for keeping us interested. Looking forward to more! ❤🇺🇸❤🇺🇸🙏🏻✌🏻
Back in the early 80's I rode a train from Clear, AK that we flagged down to stop and pick up our Air Force inspection team that just evaluated the operations of a remote radar station, and took the train all the way to Anchorage. What a blast.
Guys, Amazing Alaska the last frontier. Love the train ride to Denali. Thanks for sharing . Love your channel! Stay safe and happy adventuring in Alaska. Cheers 🍔🍔🍺🍺🤠
I wish i could give you a tour of all my favorite parts of Alaska! Because they are not on any tourism route. Have tons of fun, i love the videos! And it's so much fun to see my home through fresh eyes! 😊
We took the narrow gauge railroad from Durango to silver ton Colorado it had open cars you could look out only problem was it was a coal burning train that blew right into your face so argh
Cracking video and, as it happens, I was just writing a piece about mountains a few days ago, featuring Denali. So greetings from North Yorkshire in the United Kingdom. Today Middlesbrough FC ("the Boro") plays Birmingham City so "UP THE BORO"!
We were just in Alaska for vacation. Went to the same brewery. I got the Grill Cheese with crab and it was fantastic. Great brewery. Thanks for the video
Alison, can confirm if you add enough garnish to a Bloody Mary, it is technically a salad. This fact was pointed out to me by a server in New Orleans when I questioned my choice of a Bloody Mary instead of lunch.
Another great adventure and an awesome train ride. Alaska looks amazing I would love to visit there one day. Enjoy your time there will be waiting for your next video 😊😊
Fall would definitely be the time of year to visit... Spring and summertime, my father (who was stationed in Fairbanks when he was in his early 20s) used to say, "bring a tennis racket to swat the mosquitos)... It's quite bad!
I am having Zing Zang Bloody Mary's now. I need to say that it is the best drink mix available for Bloody Mary's. They use 80% juice and celery seed for really a fantastic flavor. Add Tobasco Sauce if you need HEAT! 🔥🥵
Thank you adventurers!!😊 Denali is stunning. I have watched a few documentaries about the place. One very sad one, where a young guy passed away, found some time later. 😔. Out of respect, no name mentioned. All in all an awesome video from you, yet again!! 🙋♀️ 🗻 🏔 🧭 🚐 🌏
Excellent adventure! Thank you for distinguishing between "free" and "included"...a pet peeve is hotel signs that say "Free Wi-Fi", or "Free Continental Breakfast"!! I want to walk into each one and just demand the free stuff.
Gold Star is the way to go just to get the views. Now that the intro has vehicles that you don't own... maybe have a plane or a hot air balloon... whatever you use in the video 🤣
We flew to Anchorage and rented an RV and drove up to Denali and down to Homer. Fantastic trip. How much was the Gold Star package? I got a photo of the train (standing in front of it) , but we did not ride the train. How much was the Gold Star package?
I made a joke about eating moose T-bone steak. I see on an old episode of The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, Ann Margret said they ate moose meatballs in Sweden. I see Sweden hunts 100,000 moose or elk each year. OMG
Did you really suggest the direction of flow of the river was related to the curvature of the earth? The flow direction relates purely to flowing from higher ground to lower ground in which ever direction that is. Perhaps it was a joke I failed to get!
Now, I'm kinda jelous! Taking a luxury train ride across Alaska is like the fanciest way to become one with nature. You'll be sipping champagne in a glass-domed carriage and admiring the majestic wilderness. I've been traveling around the world for our TV show but this made me wish that my dart bring me there in Alaska!
Love your show! Haven't missed an episode, watch them several times! Great work! I will day my complaint is that 1) not enough videos!! I can't wait a whole week 2) I'm old enough to die of old age waiting! 3) you need a dog! I fell in love with Marvin! It hurts now knowing some aho, has him in a shock collar. Very sick. I'd like more bikini shots of the mrs. More Rocco more..

The fact that yall have custom vehicles in your intro is crazy! I appreciate the little details you add ❤
Just love you guys! So much fun! Thank you for taking us along ❤
Beautiful scenery. I bet that train ride is a lot of fun, I would love to do that.
Epic video. I'm so glad you got to go First class after ruffing it on the ferry.
What an awesome excursion!

I just love that yall share your travels. Thank you.

The best trip of my 60 year old life was on that train, Gold Star, of course!
While in Denali you must visit the Prospector's Pizzeria & Alehouse!
What train company did you use for your trip
Back in the early 80's I rode a train from Clear, AK that we flagged down to stop and pick up our Air Force inspection team that just evaluated the operations of a remote radar station, and took the train all the way to Anchorage. What a blast.
I always love seeing your ending. Now please bring back the 1980s sitcom opening!
all aboard!!!

BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL ALASKA SOMEDAY FOR ME
A river runs down to the sea level. Even if earth had a curve you are on it and it’s constant.
I wish i could give you a tour of all my favorite parts of Alaska! Because they are not on any tourism route. Have tons of fun, i love the videos! And it's so much fun to see my home through fresh eyes! 😊
You are making me so homesick!!
Definitely looking forward to watching this
used to travel back & forth from Anchorage to Denali all summer on the train. & used to flag the train when i needed supplies
Did you take drone footage of the train while it was moving with you on it? If so you must be a very capable drone pilot.
That's what I was thinking!
Yeah, the shot at 6:42, seems like train is moving to fast for a drone to keep up, how did you get that shot?
Always love watching guys a videos you guys are amazing people I'm in love with this girl named Tiffany I hope she comes back someday ❤❤❤
Thanks for the video I know you both had a lot of fun up there
Rivers generally only run in one direction, regardless of north, south east or west, it's called downhill.
An awesome excursion!
We’ve done this two….twice. Worth it!
I am doing this at the end of August and I am so excited!
Awesome train 🚂
We took the narrow gauge railroad from Durango to silver ton Colorado it had open cars you could look out only problem was it was a coal burning train that blew right into your face so argh

Looks like amazing trip I can’t wait to visit Alaska love your videos every single time safe travels guys cheers Joel Sydney Australia
I always hate when you say these words, "We'll see you on the road". Bravo for an outstanding presentation.
Those white (Wilderness Epress) cars in the back of the train was my employer all summer. Love Alaska Railroad!!
While is winter in Alaska, it’s 98 and humid here in Texas!
That's living life. I bet you guys are having a blast.
WOW!! What an amazing video! Great job! It's nice that you share your adventures with us. Thank you. 😊
I crrently live in the UK but i am from Alaska and i miss it so much. :( Watching this makes me homesick
Alison, can confirm if you add enough garnish to a Bloody Mary, it is technically a salad. This fact was pointed out to me by a server in New Orleans when I questioned my choice of a Bloody Mary instead of lunch.
Thanks!
Thanks again for sharing
Cool! Once I took 7 trains that covered the whole eastern half of the country with 3 stops, it took 21 days
Cool train trip from a Model Train Channel - Like 🚂
Beautiful see u next week❤
Another great adventure and an awesome train ride. Alaska looks amazing I would love to visit there one day. Enjoy your time there will be waiting for your next video 😊😊
Beautiful! Would love to visit Alaska one day. I'm Australian so it kinda couldn't get further away haha
It’s just amazingly beautiful there. I hope to visit one day. Can’t wait for the next video. 😊
Fall would definitely be the time of year to visit... Spring and summertime, my father (who was stationed in Fairbanks when he was in his early 20s) used to say, "bring a tennis racket to swat the mosquitos)... It's quite bad!
WOW that is incredible!! So jealous! 😍
Hey that’s me!! 😋
Lets just end it…
Hahahahahaha
Soooo fun
I love trains
Chew chew
Beautiful and fun! My husband and I want to experience train travel. We have our mind set on The Rockies. :)
So beautiful ❤
Awesome video you guys
Interesting to hear about flag stops. In the UK there are some rural stops that are "request stops" and you wave the train down to stop.
Really a beautiful landscape
I am having Zing Zang Bloody Mary's now. I need to say that it is the best drink mix available for Bloody Mary's. They use 80% juice and celery seed for really a fantastic flavor. Add Tobasco Sauce if you need HEAT! 🔥🥵
All aboard is what you say!
I'm from brazil and i love yours videos
WE DID that same train,, sooo cool,, IT was fantastic and the food was wonderful,,

I’m amazed at your photography. How did you get the drone shot on a moving train? Awesome!
Go on a cruise to Alaska and take this train across Alaska. Alaska ia the last wilderness.
You guys are cute. I got my tickets for this in September leaving from Fairbanks ✌️
Alight is a term sometimes used for disembarking a train. Great video BTW
another cool vid and fab train, well the nice bits anyway
They should make that train in the new Jurassic Park movie🚂🤔
We love the train, I never thought of taking the different fairs. smart move! welcome to alaska. how was the train view over hurricane gulch!!!
what a great video. it really helped to get a feel for this train ride. where did you stay/lodge near denali?
How did you like Denali. My Family owns a Cabin in Nenana area you may have seen it on railroad tracks.
Damn you lucky, Allison finding you cute :-)
Fun!
Gold Stars🥸
Oh dear, the water is flowing north because you crossed the continental divide, not because of the curvature of the earth.
I’m really curious to know how you got the drone shots of the moving train?
Gold Star is the way to go just to get the views. Now that the intro has vehicles that you don't own... maybe have a plane or a hot air balloon... whatever you use in the video 🤣
When was the name changed to Denali-I still remember Mount McKinley?!
Thanks so much for this! What month was this taken??
Fun fact. 1 out of 2 Alaskan residents has a pilots license
Every time I eat Reindeer I feel like I can fly....😇
We flew to Anchorage and rented an RV and drove up to Denali and down to Homer. Fantastic trip. How much was the Gold Star package? I got a photo of the train (standing in front of it) , but we did not ride the train. How much was the Gold Star package?

Did you fly the drone from a moving train? Wasn't there a big risk of losing the drone?
Did you really suggest the direction of flow of the river was related to the curvature of the earth? The flow direction relates purely to flowing from higher ground to lower ground in which ever direction that is. Perhaps it was a joke I failed to get!
Does the price include round trip and overnight?
My friend hiked Denali about 10 years ago. He was with a group.

Wow! Do you create your own intros or do you contract it out. Nice touch!
Like the saying goes...you get what you pay for 😁
I think you alight a train
Also years ago in England it was detrain/entrain for disembark/embark. That may have been military jargon though.
It was not all Adrian and Lizette
👍🙂
🤗👍🏼♥️
Can you order gluten and dairy free?
How many times can one person use the word frickin in one video 😅
Eric cures too much
Kudo's 2 U
I would not have done that train. I have heard by many people its very uneventful..
