Was anyone else waiting for Allison to say "Surprise- we bought a train!" ? I think my favorite part though was when they closed up Clementine to leave her and Ruby. That chunk sound the door makes reminds me so much of the pickup camper we used to have.
This is turning out to be a classic Alison and Eric road trip adventure! Yay, I've missed these type of episodes! It's like we've timewarped back 5 years 🙂
You know, you two deserve a great big wonderful experience, because you constantly bring fun and adventure to us. Not to mention, your fantastic problem solving skills and I hope that means something to you, no response required!
I started watching you guys at the beginning of the pandemic, and I continue to watch you. You both are so funny, and love Allison, she's so funny! My wife and I are planning to go to Alsaka, and from your vlogs, it looks like it will be worth a trip from our home in Florida. I enjoy you both very much!
I recommend the very last week of May to come visit if you are going to be traveling around the state of Alaska. You will still get to see the snow on top of the mountains, less crowds, everything is open for tourists, and weather is starting to get warm (for Alaska).
You two are very Dear to my ❤️!! Your the first travel channel I tuned into .. which led me to the Beans .. led me to Flying Nest and Kara and Nate .. and so forth.. etc.. but you kids make this 61 year old Grammy from Southern Maine so frigging happy!! 😅😮😊😊😊❤❤ I have my notification button on!!! Love 💕 you both!! Stay safe .. Grammy Says!! 😘
It looked like a frickin postcard! What a gorgeous trip! I love it. We would love to visit Alaska - someday for sure. And hey, when the train broke down, at least you didn't have to fix it. Have fun!
Love how you poke fun out of yourself and your situation, also great to watch vanlifers that haven't felt pressured to be vegan!! Keep doing what you're doing x
Hi! I love your videos! I've been a fan since 2018, you've grown a long way since then! Every time I watch one of your videos, it makes my day. You're very down to earth and I love that about your videos, funny, well made, and they are just great! Hope you get to read this comment!
Not a massive fan of long train rides but you made it fun. Denali looks interesting, I wonder if it's a full-blown town or just a railway terminus? Alaska's an amazing place but the shortness of summer and length of winter would get to me if I lived there for long. You caught it right for the fall colours but you can tell by the light the snow's not far off. Cheers!
Denali is a tourism place only open in the summer, however where they had there meal at 49th brewery that is the town of Healy and people live there year round.
Hey I'm from AK, & my dad used to work for the railroad up there. Denali is referred to as the general area, the park & the little town. The town mostly consists of tourist stuff, restraints, lodging etc. Theres some great smaller lodging just a few miles from the town too. The park's bus rides can be cool but really long.
Back in the early 80's I rode a train from Clear, AK that we flagged down to stop and pick up our Air Force inspection team that just evaluated the operations of a remote radar station, and took the train all the way to Anchorage. What a blast.
This is a great adventure. The train ride was fantastic. The Landscapes were breathtaking. What a beautiful experience. The sandwiches at the end looked delicious. Thanks for keeping us interested. Looking forward to more! ❤🇺🇸❤🇺🇸🙏🏻✌🏻
I wish i could give you a tour of all my favorite parts of Alaska! Because they are not on any tourism route. Have tons of fun, i love the videos! And it's so much fun to see my home through fresh eyes! 😊
Guys, Amazing Alaska the last frontier. Love the train ride to Denali. Thanks for sharing . Love your channel! Stay safe and happy adventuring in Alaska. Cheers 🍔🍔🍺🍺🤠
I'm loving your stocking cap grunge. I grew up wearing just that, in Washington State. Every day wear! Flannel shirts and caps!😂 so cozy. I love to see you have fun like this. Enjoy❤🎉🏔🏞🚢🌬🌧🌫💧🌊❄️☃️
It's strange standing between the train coaches. I worked on the overnight train from Aberdeen to London. If you stand in one coach the other coach seems to be the only one moving. Swap coaches and it appears it the other!!😂
I’m so jealous!!! My parents and I had planned to visit my sister, my brother-in-law, and their baby in Alaska last month. Unfortunately, my mom and I came down with COVID, so, we weren’t able to. It was such a bummer.
The Alaska train to Denali. It sounds like a title to a mystery with you two as the sleuths that solve the "who-dun-it". That looked like.a fun trainride, especially with all the beer. BTW, I have friends in the medical field that live in various states and stay in Alaska for a month or two then return home to visit then back to Alaska. They LOVE it there!.
We were just in Alaska for vacation. Went to the same brewery. I got the Grill Cheese with crab and it was fantastic. Great brewery. Thanks for the video
12:38 "I'm pretty sure this river is running north, because we've got over the curvature of the earth" Yeah, that's not how it works. like that statement really hurt my brain because of how wrong it is!
I'd guess on a train you could say "rolling out" -- but, love your sense of humor! Love your gold star ride. Looks like you had the train to yourself. The river flowing North does look trippy. Fall does look like the best time to visit Denali. Thanks for the tip1
My mom took a train from Seattle, Wa to their home to Virginia, train broke down and had to take a bus to Spokane and then missed connection due to them being late. Really nutty way to travel long distance!
Another great adventure and an awesome train ride. Alaska looks amazing I would love to visit there one day. Enjoy your time there will be waiting for your next video 😊😊
Love to ride on a train. There is a train in Sault Ste. Marie in Canada called Algoma that leaves for the Canyon up North. Beautiful train ride in the fall looks like a color carpet. Take care.
Fall would definitely be the time of year to visit... Spring and summertime, my father (who was stationed in Fairbanks when he was in his early 20s) used to say, "bring a tennis racket to swat the mosquitos)... It's quite bad!
We took the narrow gauge railroad from Durango to silver ton Colorado it had open cars you could look out only problem was it was a coal burning train that blew right into your face so argh
What a great video. You guys always come up with some of the best places. Eric its very scenic! 😂 never saw a train like that but it looked cool. Well enjoy every minute and as you travel around safe travels! ❤
Cracking video and, as it happens, I was just writing a piece about mountains a few days ago, featuring Denali. So greetings from North Yorkshire in the United Kingdom. Today Middlesbrough FC ("the Boro") plays Birmingham City so "UP THE BORO"!
Wauw what a lovely adventure 🤩 love the large windows so can see out everywhere . Awesome trip of a life time ,yes Fall i think is the best time the change in colour is just so Stunning 😍 . Your Food looked very tasty 😋 safe travels 🥰
*_Hello.... you both like traveling or backpacking activities, it seems like the name of the place Denali seems familiar to my ears, and now I'm happy to know what Denali is really like.... Greetings to meet me, Rudy Tutorial Outdoor from Indonesia_* 🚂🚂🚂💯👌👍👏🤝🙏
The fact that yall have custom vehicles in your intro is crazy! I appreciate the little details you add ❤

You two make some amazing videos. You have talent!!!!!!!!!!!

I got tired of flying the nest
What about Kinging It? They're an adorable couple!
I love that you can hail a train in Alaska like you would for a cab!! You guys always have the best background chill tunes 🥰
Just love you guys! So much fun! Thank you for taking us along ❤
This is the coolest thing! I now wanna go on the train 😂 just for the sake of it! The views from those windows, honestly it looks amazing 🤩
Beautiful scenery. I bet that train ride is a lot of fun, I would love to do that.
Epic video. I'm so glad you got to go First class after ruffing it on the ferry.
When you struggle to what you are trying to say, yet are smiling, is always a good time.
What an awesome excursion!
It looked like a frickin postcard! What a gorgeous trip! I love it. We would love to visit Alaska - someday for sure. And hey, when the train broke down, at least you didn't have to fix it. Have fun!
Almost the Headless Adventure! Close call 😂
Love how you poke fun out of yourself and your situation, also great to watch vanlifers that haven't felt pressured to be vegan!! Keep doing what you're doing x
Ummm okay officially adding this to my travel bucket list - how gorgeous! Also, always love seeing your fun, custom intros. So cute!
Yeah, I love the custom intros too.
Alaska has been on my list of places to go for so long. Loved the look of the train journey. Stunning scenery!

Alaska looks wonderful! And the food + beer seems like the perfect way to end a day in Danali 😍
Thanks!
Back in the early 80's I rode a train from Clear, AK that we flagged down to stop and pick up our Air Force inspection team that just evaluated the operations of a remote radar station, and took the train all the way to Anchorage. What a blast.
The best trip of my 60 year old life was on that train, Gold Star, of course!
While in Denali you must visit the Prospector's Pizzeria & Alehouse!
What train company did you use for your trip
all aboard!!!
Looks like amazing trip I can’t wait to visit Alaska love your videos every single time safe travels guys cheers Joel Sydney Australia
We’ve done this two….twice. Worth it!
This is a great adventure. The train ride was fantastic. The Landscapes were breathtaking. What a beautiful experience. The sandwiches at the end looked delicious. Thanks for keeping us interested. Looking forward to more! ❤🇺🇸❤🇺🇸🙏🏻✌🏻
We rode the train Anchorage to Seward 10 years ago. It was amazing. The conductor would slow at different scenic spots.
Love your videos
I just love that yall share your travels. Thank you.
Those white (Wilderness Epress) cars in the back of the train was my employer all summer. Love Alaska Railroad!!
Always a good day when my favorite RUclips couple drop a video, Luv from 🇨🇦🙂❤️.
I wish i could give you a tour of all my favorite parts of Alaska! Because they are not on any tourism route. Have tons of fun, i love the videos! And it's so much fun to see my home through fresh eyes! 😊
A river runs down to the sea level. Even if earth had a curve you are on it and it’s constant.

I always love seeing your ending. Now please bring back the 1980s sitcom opening!
used to travel back & forth from Anchorage to Denali all summer on the train. & used to flag the train when i needed supplies
Always love watching guys a videos you guys are amazing people I'm in love with this girl named Tiffany I hope she comes back someday ❤❤❤
We live here in Alaska and finally made it to Denali park its awesome. We get to see the train almost everyday. Thanks for the video.
Did you take drone footage of the train while it was moving with you on it? If so you must be a very capable drone pilot.
That's what I was thinking!
Yeah, the shot at 6:42, seems like train is moving to fast for a drone to keep up, how did you get that shot?
Wow, those views are EPIC! This train is added to our looooooong list of trains around the world! Ps. You guys are super cool, love the nerdy humour.
I'm so glad I found y'all!! You brighten my day!!✌🐢
I've been waiting for your Alaska trip to start, and you didn't dissappoint. Superb stuff guys!
That was fun -- thanks for sharing. I love train trips and fall weather.
I’m so jealous!!! My parents and I had planned to visit my sister, my brother-in-law, and their baby in Alaska last month. Unfortunately, my mom and I came down with COVID, so, we weren’t able to. It was such a bummer.
That's living life. I bet you guys are having a blast.

Definitely looking forward to watching this
Called Mount McKinley when I lived in Fairbanks in 1972
Thanks for the video I know you both had a lot of fun up there
Cool! Once I took 7 trains that covered the whole eastern half of the country with 3 stops, it took 21 days
Looks amazing guys. Would love to experience that
We were just in Alaska for vacation. Went to the same brewery. I got the Grill Cheese with crab and it was fantastic. Great brewery. Thanks for the video
BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL ALASKA SOMEDAY FOR ME
Thanks for sharing this journey with me. God Bless Y'all. Safe Travels Always. Mucho Love From Your Friend In Michigan Tam 💜💕
I am doing this at the end of August and I am so excited!
All you were missing was Mr. Hanks
& some snow, and you could film the Polar
Express
😂 we did get a caribou herd crossing around us while at the Arctic Ocean in Alaska.
You are making me so homesick!!
Both of the sandwiches look fantastic and were the right choice. 😊
12:38

While is winter in Alaska, it’s 98 and humid here in Texas!
Are you doing a Fairbanks meet up?
Cracking video and, as it happens, I was just writing a piece about mountains a few days ago, featuring Denali. So greetings from North Yorkshire in the United Kingdom.
Today Middlesbrough FC ("the Boro") plays Birmingham City so "UP THE BORO"!
Love the scenery Alliso
Tenting on the Boat,, not sure I could have done that,, once again, difficult but you made it ❤
I like the episodes when we can tell you've had a drink or four. Haha!
I love your videos! You’re right up there with Eamon and Bec in my very favorites! Hopefully you’ll get over a million viewers soon too. :)
Bucket list!!
Really a beautiful landscape

Your Food looked very tasty 😋 safe travels 🥰
Beautiful! Would love to visit Alaska one day. I'm Australian so it kinda couldn't get further away haha
Interesting to hear about flag stops. In the UK there are some rural stops that are "request stops" and you wave the train down to stop.
I crrently live in the UK but i am from Alaska and i miss it so much. :( Watching this makes me homesick
I always hate when you say these words, "We'll see you on the road". Bravo for an outstanding presentation.
That looks like Cairngorms in Scotland.
Via rail in Canada has flag stops as well.
*_Hello.... you both like traveling or backpacking activities, it seems like the name of the place Denali seems familiar to my ears, and now I'm happy to know what Denali is really like.... Greetings to meet me, Rudy Tutorial Outdoor from Indonesia_* 🚂🚂🚂💯👌👍👏🤝🙏
This was a fun video! I laughed at the way you ended the episode too. Looks like y'all having a good time.
We love the train, I never thought of taking the different fairs. smart move! welcome to alaska. how was the train view over hurricane gulch!!!
Hello friends great video always a pleasure
Rivers generally only run in one direction, regardless of north, south east or west, it's called downhill.
