I love the Guitarlift. It’s big but it’s the most secure feeling out of all the lift options and I got them all. Very solid and comfortable. The rubber is high quality and doesn’t allow any slipping. It comes with round, static cling, finish protectors to place on back for the suction cups.
I received my guitarlift today from strings by mail and I'm very happy with it! I was using the sagework atlas and it was definitely my favorite support untill now. Both are great but this guitarlift is so stable and stays exactly where you want it!
have been using the guitar lift since a few weeks( home made because I did not know which on would be convenient for me but I am sure I will buy one one day). I also remarked that my guitar sounds louder!
so cool. I checked out your music. You are a wonderful player! I saw your little homemade invention haha, I liked it, i don't know how comfortable it looks. Is it flat on the bottom? either way Im having the same issue lol. I think the half would be good for me because i only play acoustic guitar so I don't need a crazy lift, and the feeling of the guitar on my chest is one I think im used to. So i don't want to spend 100 dollars and feel like something is poking into my chest every time I play. Cool that you made your own so you didn't have to pick one lol. I feel like having the large and the half sized would about cover all bases tbh.
I have seen one video of German classical guitar player who entered the stage with a guitar in one hand and a bulletproof shield in the other one, when she sat down, she struggled to find a spot for suction cups.
Maybe they've changed since you wrote this but I just received mine from strings by mail and the screws and nuts are both metal. It's very durable and stable. So far I like it much better than the sagework atlas I had been using for some time.

It would be nice to have a comparison with the ErgoPlay. Also, is there any sonic difference with the suction cups placed on the back?

Excellent demo, thank you.
How’s it work with electric guitars ?
I was waiting and waiting for the Flamenco demo half blade I didn't see it
What about satin finished guitars? Is it safe?
Oh, thank you! Nice.
does it work for lefty's? thanks
for tenor ukulele. which do you recommend?
does the flamenco one work for lefties? thanks
What is the country of manufacturing for the GUITARLIFT?
Germany
Price?
Its a nice idea , but the brittle plastic threads for the screws holding the suction cups crumble really easily rendering it useless.
Damn. For real :(

@1Capnjazz no they're metal and durable.
Another "Next Big Thing" in guitar supports. Different strokes for different folks.
