This is a gorgeous house, great size and relatively cheap compared to other states. Would love to live here. I would still be up in debate though about moving to Kansas though... it looks so pretty there though.

Yeah, I’ve visited OKC for Thunder games, and I have a client from Tulsa. He says it’s fairly similar, but that’s so subjective to the person. Have you visited before?

Why not talk about how almost any serious buyer would gut the finishes and refit it? It’s disingenuous. This house is seriously dated and undesirable and you two know it. Typical realtors.
hideous McMansion. I’ve been to many estate sales in similar homes- filled with ugly crap too. you can’t buy taste, that’s for sure
