Man, that's gotta be a pain in the christine 😂. Dude that just sounds and acts like a weak motor the way the power drops under load. I would return that mfr and either buy a used OEM from a bone yard or a try and get the new one exchanged. It's possible that the new one is defective 🤷‍♂️ or maybe try a different manufacturer.
A good motor won't drag like that even when you're trying to hold the glass down while it's going up. Check that with the passenger side and see if the window slows down or drags when you send the window up while applying downward pressure.
Are the passenger and driver's side motors the same part#?

@@underduress5761 the used motor I bought from the bone.yard acted exactly the same but it was also just as old as my OEM 1. That's why I went ahead and bought new. Gonna pull the rubber in the track and see if that changes anything. Pretty sure they are slightly different parts probably has something to do with orientation
