Thanks for the video. I noticed we cannot just create a form submission with just name an email as inputs.
Creating a new opportunity requires the Subject field. Seems like a model constraint.
Is there any way around this?

Yes, you can set the subject to a default value and set it to hidden. Or you can populate the value of the subject input depending on values from the context or page. Does that make sense?
