Solid video! As a strategist from Google I must say that 90% of clients overlook this subject and having knowledge about this and being able to talk the client through all these topics is really helpful to get their trust and more important, to increase the conversion rate without having to change a lot of things in the campaign/ad level. Keep it up!
thankyou for all this work you do. As a business owner it is very overwhelming to try and master the beast that google is. I have learned so much in the past week from your videos.
Super helpful, thank you! I need to set up a landing page for a client who wants to run Google ads, would you suggest to simply create a page on his website and remove the header and footer on that page, basically making it a landing page - or set up an entirely separate domain for the landing page and make it a legit "one-pager"? I'm a bit unsure on that part, probably not a big difference, but would be curious to hear your take - thanks again for the tips, keep it up!
What I liked *most* about this video is the fact that you waited until the end to ask me to “Like” it. There’s not much I hate more than hearing some loser ask me to “Like and Subscribe” his video at the very beginning - before I’ve had any chance to know if I like it or not. 🙄 The landing page tips were good too! 😆

Do you find that with such a simple / not drawn out landing page, that it is hard to get a good keyword matching? IE there arnt enough keywords on the landing page to link it to your ad group?
Great video! I loved it, watched it several times. But it would be a good idea to show a bad landing page that is not so dramatic like the one you showed. Most probably, bad landing pages that do not convert are not that bad, are more like in the middle, and now we dont have an example of one so that we can see how its not good. Could you share one please?
If I'm targeting the keywords: Miami Videographer, Miami Video Production, Miami Video Marketing. Is it better to split these into 3 separate ad groups with a different landing page for each to get better ad relevancy between search terms, ad copy and landing page copy or are they too similar that it's better to keep it as one ad group and one landing page?
Great info. I purchased your Google ads course, It was great. If anyone is reading this I highly recommend it. I do have one question about using landingi software. Of course you create a landing page for the clients ad to direct too, How do you handle linking their domain name to the landing page? Do you create a new domain or a subdomain of the clients domain? Thank for your time.
So glad you liked the course. We go out and purchase a new domain with either a .co or .us ending. This allows us to quickly setup the account and not rely on the client.
excellent video and well organized ! Thank you. Question: once I have my page speed analysis (I failed core analysis with FCP being 4 seconds and LCP being 6) how do I fix it? I'm a meditation teacher and psychotherapist not a web designer, but I can learn... Thank you so much for your important and easy to understand video
Thank you for your kind words. I would look up instructional videos and see if any are on youtube. To help with page speed or you could alternatively hire someone on upwork to fix the page speed problem. Kind Regards - Matt
Question: I need to test around 20 LPs in AB Testing. Website is on Wordpress. Should I use wordpress and use the hubspot formular or go full on hubspot? What do you think?
Great video. However, you missed the boat on the cultural differences between UI/UX preferences in the West vs. the East. Most pages in China are super super "busy," even so-called traditional companies like banks.
The site is suppose to be very busy however it highlights what the majority of sites should not do. Of course there is always exceptions. Thanks for the feedback
great video thank you.. .Lingscars was on Lions Den. She has one of the most succesful websites in the UK. She leases out alot of cars. PS: I'm not related, never met her and have nothing to gain. Just a follower who knows her story from a documentary :) I do agree, in theory it shouldnt work.
The problem landing pages cant be used in e-commerce websites selling many products like tickets to live sport events, thousands of different event and sport categories
Hi, could you please assist me, I have so much traffic on my website that I bought, but im looking to have a decent landing page on it and automatically displays the maximum of ads on it, do you have a video that i could follow?
Where did you get your stats? Do you have a source? When you say conversions what do you mean? Are you saying a conversion on a landing page is filling out a form or calling? When you say a website gets .05% conversion are those also filling out a form or is that a sale conversion?
www.geckoboard.com/best-practice/kpi-examples/website-conversion-rate/#:~:text=What%20is%20Website%20Conversion%20Rate,to%20leads%20(or%20customers). heres a source for websites and heres a source for landing pages userpilot.com/blog/saas-average-conversion-rate/#:~:text=15%25%20is%20considered%20a%20good,rate%20between%2050%2D75%25. Honestly, you can find a whole bunch of sources that show higher and lower than this. I've used my own personal experience from doing numerous account audits and running many campaigns when I mention these numbers. Normally websites convert substantially lower than landing pages and that's the main point I'm trying to make in this video. I urge almost everyone to use one if you're running Google Ads to use some form of landing page to get better results. Thanks for the question - Matt
@@TradesmanDigitalMarketing thanks for the sources. But I'm still not sure what you mean by conversions. Are the conversions an opt in or contacting you? Or are you talking about a sale conversion? And are the conversion metric the same for the landing page and the website?
when running ads for clients, do you put their phone number on the landing page, or do you use a tracking number and then forward the calls to the client. i was wondering if we don't put the clients number will the ads still be approved? appreciate any help. thanks mate
This is gold which explains all the likes and mine just added as well! Have to shout you out on my channel for the good information you provide on landing pages
But how about for a complicated business like "Home automation" ?? • Would you still say that it's better to put just 1 CTA ? (Shouldn't I put a ChatBot) I say "complicated" because it's not really straight forward for what the website-visitor actually wants, and the top agencies always preach about how "Using a ChatBot is a no-brainer for Home-automation businesses". • But now that I think of it, the agency is incentivized to say so, as they charge separately for the ChatBot feature.
Conversions on landing pages are so important. The math is so interesting here. For example: A 2% conversion rate leads to total sales of 1000 dollars with an ad-spend of 500 implies a profit of 500 dollars, whereas a 4% conversion rate leads to a sale of 2000 dollars with the same ad spend, implying a profit of 1500, i.e 300% ROI on a 200% conversion rate increase. Isn't that so cool? Here are 10 tips to make this happen on your landing page: ruclips.net/video/AU5DKCkQsGA/видео.html
Did I miss it? Did you show the difference between the sites in you thumbnail? Like which site got low conversions and which got 60 something percent? Or did I bite on the clickbait?
2 questions: who pays for Ads and does not have a website and landing page? Is this more of a discussion about your website landing page is not actually good at it's ultimate Goal (i.e. conversion) and Ads will expose that irony?
Solid video!

I really appreciate all your advice! I feel like captain America just instructed me on how to build an epic landing page! Excited to get to work now!

I would 100% create 3 separate ad groups. I think it would also make sense to create different landing pages to build that ad relevancy
This was very helpful! Thanks.
