Just discovered that Disable Elements is a Pro feature ($40) in Generate Press (after searching/installing to try out). Maybe you said that and I didn't catch it. Not sure. In fact Generate Press free version also seems to only offer the Henry Ford version of a menu as well - any colour as long as it's black. I do think the designers could have been just a little more generous with features that actually matter in order to get a real feel for what your site will look like if you invest in their theme. wont be buying it for that reason. If I am missing something I am sure someone will say. Like the video though - and the other couple I have watched so far. Thanks!

Yes, those services definitely do have added extras not achievable with Elementor/WP. It's a compromise. I'd always be inclined to use a dedicated service like Optimizely, rather than a WP plugin.

Sounds like you're using WordPress at wordpress.com? You really need to be installing WP on your own hosting so that you can use any plugins you like, and have complete flexibility.
The video you linked to says to use zapier to link mailchimp (or whatever service) and Elementor. What's the advantage of using zapier over just connecting them directly?
Ah! Since I made this video, Elementor introduced direct Mailchimp integration. So no need to use Zapier for that anymore. Sometimes, Zapier provide more options than simple integrations like this, so if you find the Elementor integration isn't quite cutting it, you could then look into Zapier.
Do you mean in the Conditions panel? If it'll be in your footer, then you don't choose anything. The code will need to appear on all your pages. If you leave the Conditions panel blank, then by default your popup code will be on all pages.
I think you're using WordPress on wordpress.com (meaning, WP host your site)? If so, then yes I think you have to upgrade to be able to install plugins like Elementor. I'm not 100% sure.

These are fantastic tutorials! I'm having an issue with Popup Maker that maybe you've come across? docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/314-why-does-my-site-shift-jump-or-skip-when-a-popup-is-triggered I'm using Elementor and Generate Press (both paid versions with your recommended CSS added to my child theme). When the lightbox popup form appears, the elements in the background under the popup all shift to the left. I tried the two CSS solutions they recommend, but no luck. Any suggestions?

Just in case anyone runs into this problem, this is the solution that finally ended up working for me: html.pum-open.pum-open-overlay.pum-open-scrollable body>[aria-hidden] { padding-right: inherit; } you can also try 0 instead of inherit, but inherit works fine. The other CSS they recommend on there doesn't seem to help. I had to remove each line before I found the one solution.

It will be because there has been a new version of Elementor since, which moved those options. Now when you add a new section, the column settings are in an icon on the left side of the columns in the section. Can you see that?
If you create a new page, you should see a 'page attributes' section on the right hand side. Then in the template dropdown, choose 'Elementor Canvas'. It's not a pro feature.
You can also copy the code for an email form that you create in your email service provider's portal and and paste it into Elementor. I do this with aWeber
It's a very fundamental basis that educators prepare the learner for what's expected -- you have got that pinned down! What I mean is, you build a table of contents to what you're going to cover and then, you cover it chronologically. I like that! Great video!

Click through to the template. DON'T edit with Elementor - look in the URL in the address bar. See the number in the URL? That's the ID to use.

To add elementor WordPress tells me I have t upgrade to business plan! Is there a way I can do that for free?

Great video!! Just one question, when I added" ADD NEW SECTION" this option " Column| Section>" is not showing to me, this is because is only available using the pro version ? or has other trick settings that I need to enable ? could you please inform me that ? Thanks :)
It will be because there has been a new version of Elementor since, which moved those options. Now when you add a new section, the column settings are in an icon on the left side of the columns in the section. Can you see that?

My basic elementor plugin does not have the page settings link to create a empty canvas. Do I have to go pro to get that link?
If you create a new page, you should see a 'page attributes' section on the right hand side. Then in the template dropdown, choose 'Elementor Canvas'. It's not a pro feature.

You can also copy the code for an email form that you create in your email service provider's portal and and paste it into Elementor. I do this with aWeber

It's a very fundamental basis that educators prepare the learner for what's expected -- you have got that pinned down! What I mean is, you build a table of contents to what you're going to cover and then, you cover it chronologically. I like that! Great video!

How can add a form in elementer not in elementer pro
You lost me at 25:20 I downloaded anywhere elementor, but i cant figure out how to use it or where to find a demo to learn.
Sorry Kevin. Once AE is installed, simply use this shortcode:
[INSERT_ELEMENTOR id=xxx]
Replace the xxx with the ID of your Elementor template.
Find that by going to your Elementor > My Library. Click through to the template. DON'T edit with Elementor - look in the URL in the address bar. See the number in the URL? That's the ID to use.
