This routine I will add to my portfolio of training exercises right away and as we speak and for sure engage on it specially on those days when my mind is up to it, but my body is reluctant to train and saying other wise and slacking off. First workout in 2 weeks due to back injury. 10 rounds in 29:25.. I am a puddle of sweat. Feels great to be back; still taking it easy. Thanks for the great workout Matt, keep up the great work!!
