That Melodyne kills the vocal more than it saves it, I stopped using it few years ago completely and changed the workflow so even a bad singer can give the minimum that does not need any destructive editing if this kind. What is interesting, everyone uses it no matter how good the singer is, it became the OCD thing as people can not imagine a vocal without it.
