Festiva and Fiesta are actually 2 different cars. If I remember right the Festiva was designed by a Japanese company and built by Kia. The Fiesta was made by Ford Europe.

Engine & drivetrain would be around 12k Modifications for the chassis: 8k Roll cage & interior modifications to allow sequential gearbox and a racing head unit are around 5/6k The rest would be a fiesta mk8 ST in euros, if you buy it in Holland.
