I just discovered your channel a week ago and I’ve been binging it starting with the older ones and where I am you’re in the new store but you just finished Easter and you’re just getting your sea legs there so this is really cool keeping up with the new ones and seeing The changes in the production area. I see plexiglass on the back of the metal counter, so you don’t have to put up paper anymore, I see more equipment on the way to the heating pulling spot, and I see the non-marble cooling table that I’m not even used to yet! And I just got a notification that you guys have strawberry lemonade candy in AND you have strawberry cheesecake bark, and the peanut butter cookie bark at the same time and I ordered it along with some assorted creams and I’m just SO excited!
A friend of mine took a picture of her mother’s hands making biscuits. It was framed with some other pictures of her. Your mom’s close up of her hands made me think you should do something similar.
The sound of the ribbon being walked is the best I swear! Second is the batch being poured and third is the batch being stirred. Although when we get to see the packing, thats #2 😂 (I'm gonna fall asleep before the end so if thats in this one I'll see it tomorrow 😬) I just love it all really, simple pleasures 😅

This is a business, with paid employees, purchase of ingredients, quick shipping isn't cheap. I live in Nevada and I know you said that you don’t ship the really thin ribbon candy and that breaks my heart. Ribbon candy is top 5 of my favorite candies. I really don’t care if it breaks in transit so I would really appreciate if you would reconsider shipping it to customers that don’t care if it breaks. I have always wanted to order some ribbon candy but with having fake chompers I was hoping I could find some in stores but I have yet to find thin ribbon. I really love the care that you put into your candy so someday I will order some from you.

We just got my mother in law an Aura frame for Christmas. She is not well with her health and is stuck in bed. It’s a neat frame because we all have the app on our phones and can send pictures to her frame. She just loves it.

I know its a kitchen space and its a little hard to intervene, but if you are thinking of recording more slowmo of the cauldron thingy were you heat up the candy you should add some lights to help with the high shutter speed :D its a detail but i think it would greatly improve the image quality

I am so excited I just got my candy ordered delivered! I also love cranberry so I got some of the cranberry candy. What a great treat for the holidays. And no joke when you guys say we can’t guarantee your ribbon candy to be in one piece on delivery 😂 I don’t care at all - it all tastes the same - delicious hard candy with a chocolate stripe in the middle- so many wonderful flavors. This channel is my new favorite . I do have a question - is there a difference in the final product if you put the flavoring in the kettle as it cooks (as you guys do) or on the table after it has been poured ( as another YT candy maker does)??

I love it that you also came from Greece where my family comes from and also dear friends of my family also had a chocolate shop the Temo's Chocolate in Akron Ohio, they retired around 15 yrs. ago and moved back to Greece they were in their 80's. 30 and 40 years ago, my mom would buy thin ribbon candy like that and I have no idea where it was from (we did not live near you) and I miss it. Your filled ribbon candy holds up pretty well, but the other ribbon candy I see in stores is ridiculously too thick. I refuse to buy it.
That's why I said I was so jealous of the locals - thin ribbon candy is the only way to eat it. I am making a trip from Dallas to Boston in two weeks and realized that I'll be on the Thruway - I should just detour to Hercules when we pass through Syracuse!
