What app do I need to practice all these
This is Webflow - a tool you can use to build fully custom websites without having to write any code. You can learn more about how to use Webflow at Webflow University (university.webflow.com/).
This video uses Korean as an example of Locale. The more urgent problem for a Korean user is that Koreans should be able to enter Korean properly within Webflow. (Koreans are using notepads to enter Korean.)
