I got the Flonase and musinex been using it everyday for weeks even got the sinupulse elite and the nasal strips, ayr nasal gel, even prednisone and I've been adding saline for months....idk what to do anymore 😢 it's raising my heart rate and I've been to Soo many dr.s I just don't even want to live like this I get panic attacks Soo bad when I can't breathe. I feel like I've done everything possible 😭 please help me I'll try anything....I'm even on antibiotics once a month since! Idk what to do. I'll try this strict protocol and comment back. I can't believe this is an otc medication it's ruined my life....I'm even getting horrible neck pain from the spray because it's strangling the veins in my neck. Hurts about an hour after I use it and is relieved with a hot compress on my neck

Fluticasone in the morning and night, Buteyko breathing method, hypertonic saline multiple times a day/hour. Practice your breathing, don't breathe through your mouth, hold your breath multiple times as day- as long as you can, breathe it out through your nose. One or two sleepless nights, and I kicked a horrible 3-year afrin dependency. I definitely have underlying issues I need to deal with GERD/esophagitis and possible nasal polyps. Oh yeah, I also used alka-seltzer and tums, or Omeprazole to help with acid reduction with I feel definitely helped. Good luck!

Have you used Sudafed? Go to pharmacy and get 12 hour 20 pack. Take 1 pill every 12 hours or as needed. It will open you up and offset the swelling.

Why not just have turbinate reduction surgery?

Why not just use Sudafed? LOL it does not cause rebound and works as well. Not sure why folks even consider Afrin since it just messes things up more.
