- Is it possible to beat Terraria without attacking? Today we're going to find out!
For this "pacifist" run, anything that requires input on my end to deal damage will be strictly prohibited. So no dealing damage with weapons (no we can't used summons either), tools, bombs etc.
I will also avoid using fireworks and traps because you've probably already seen that before.
Let's see if we can do it!

Hyperdefensive builds will always be my favorite. It's too fun to see a boss that would normally one-shot do close to no damage. It's a feeling like no other.

Yeah, it's extremely well-known that you can kill everything with summons or traps so he didn't bother showing that to us.
The bone helmet hands are summons though.

I knew immediately why you would fight Deerclops first in this run: he doesn't despawn when you die. That fact is burned into my brain, because when my sister fought him for the first time, she died over two dozen times. Her spawn point was within 10 seconds' walking distance of the boss, too, so she couldn't get a break.

TIP : if you spammed healing on the nurse while fighting moon lord and don't close the nurse , she won't be able to heal her self , you must leave the nurse's healing window for her to heal herself

ive always thought that all these accessories were pretty under utilized in the game, mostly bc most of them arent that good compared to others at the same point. and for a while now ive wanted to see a challenge run where they were used. limiting what you can do in the game doesnt tend to be too fun and not many of these challenges change how you play the game so i dont tend to do them so its nice to see them done by someone else

i really love this challenge runs, you always find a way to play terraria vastly differently than the normal way. You always bring something new to see and it will always amaze me. Keep up the good content.

Terraria Masochist class
the Moon lord doesn't have a built in dps check, but instead the leech it launches from it's mouth heals with the debuff it inflicts on the player (moon bite), which can be avoided by either building a teleport setup, or running faster than the leech's traverse speed, or anything really, even the nurse can remove the debuff.
what I'm saying, is that no matter how small your dps is, you can beat moon lord, it just takes a lot of time

@codesparrow4066 Yeah, post-DOG had the hardest 3 bosses of the run but ended up doing Boss Rush too. Pretty fun overall
now I feel less bad about obsessively crafting 30+ of each buff potion each time I start getting low on any of them.

On the moonlord, would it be possible to use the contact damage with the hands once the eyes pop to trigger some of your damaging accessories like the star cloak?
Yes but the contact damage is so high and the stars would likely miss the core anyway so it's not worth it

I had no clue deerclops didnt despawn. I tried with just a minishark, spectre boots, plat armour, and some other stuff but only got like a quearter of its health. This makes it much easier.
