Just made the chowder yesterday. I left out the cashew cream because of an allergy, but even without it, the meal was amazing! Really impressed my husband and mother-in-law. Thank you!
I use to use the TJ’s wash but don’t live near a TJ’s anymore, sadly. Now I use the Sprouts brand Fruit and Vegetable wash. I’m with you. Wash those veggies, girl!

just finished my own meal prep and this reminded me i forget to add aminos to my lentils lol also i made lentil patties last week for meal prep and i really liked them but i'm still working on getting the recipe just right so i'm looking forward to your video for when i make them next! for my soup this week i made a lima bean soup with veggies and it's so good! great video :)

Fun fact cooked kale has more bioavalible than raw. This has been proven by public medical studies. Dr Greger made a video on this with different vegetables. It even applies to kale that is "boiled to death"

brown lentils will work too!
When getting the garlic out of the press, you may want to use the back of the knife, so it does not dull the knife as quickly. Food looks great!

I’m new to this style of eating. Why do you put a paper towel in with the greens?
To absorb moisture and keep the greens fresher longer
Soak up extra moisture so they stay fresh longer!
What dressing(s) do you put on the salad?
I usually make my own but I also use some I buy from Trader Joe’s in the refrigerated section!
3-MCPD is found in Liquid Aminos.

as long as the lettuce is dry it will stay good for a few days!
Like your food prep but save yourself money…no need to buy a commercial “veggie wash”. Just rinse them really well!
