Good job Darren- you could look at investing in a concrete crusher, as then you can crush all that concrete that you need to break.. saves hiring skips and is then recycled and saving more money not having to buy more road stone.. good recycling aswell..just a thought
Correct, there’s a sewer running through so the lintel acts as a support for the brickwork. Some pea gravel or aggregate will likely be added to create a bed around the pipe
Tristan: "Yes, you said the small one, it's on camera!" 🤣

Always working hard ✌🏾
Thought you guys were gonna get the boxing gloves out over the size of the DPC :)
Up and up going the bricks, well done Darren
The neighbour should ideally clear the greenery on the side of their extension, before it’s too late no?
Yup exactly. Especially as they have an air brick there.
That’s on our side of the boundary. We will likely clear it as we will be krending the side of the house on both sides.
Hardcore you know the score👏
I would check the wall cavities with the building inspector as new buildings regs say cavities must be either 150mm slab insulation or 100mm king span
I already did. We agreed on 90mm fulfill board
Darren you have a great yung team working together
is anyone else dissappointed when we only get a short one....
I'm a "know nothing" viewer - what is the lintel bridging ? Won't it leave a tunnel running under the extension from the side ?
I'd guess sewer pipe.

What a wind up banter by the comedy club gang. Hard of hearing 😂😂
Don't hit your level; it's your brickwork that's wrong, not your level.
My bad, that makes sense! I was disciplining it for being rude
