I am an ex nurse and now a lifestyle medicine educator. I teach Chinese physicians how to use lifestyle medicine interventions to help reverse and prevent disease. Most degenerative diseases can be prevented with lifestyle changes but you do not hear much about that. There is little money in it. My physicians are dedicated but recognize that they are not in it for the money.
If only we paid doctors to keep people healthy rather than treat their symptoms!

Its a miracle my daughter is still alive after surviving childhood acute myeloid leukemia. She was treated with intense chemotherapy at St Jude for 6 months. She is now 18 but I believe it affected her in more ways than I even know. 😢

I've been waiting 25 years to see this. For at least 10 of those years my first thought on waking was 'I wish I was dead', thanks to the after effects of the treatment! Keep you alive with no life or means left to live. Villains never ever took responsibility, they lie till they run out of lies and the cone of silence descends. May they enjoy their wealth.
I had radiation 17 times. I didn't need chemo. After the 15th radiation treatment, I went into respiratory arrest. All my doctors said radiation doesn't cause that. At the same time I went on Letrozole, a hormone blocker. I broke out in itchy dots over every place on my body the radiation affected. The dots were red spots irregular in shape. Became very itchy and became perfect circular dots that peeled, turned tan, then faded. My hands began openening up with paper cut like openings. My fingers my hand, my palms, looked like knife suits. "Working Hands" by O'Keefe's was my cure for that! The pattern on my body was where the radiation touched my skin! They told me the laser is very thin and precise, however it affected my entire breast and swept across my chest as if I laid out in the sun on a windy day! Swept across to the other breast covering only the inner side (cleavage area). Use common sense when listening to the doctors. They're expecting only the textbook explanations are possible. Common sense will save your life. The radiation caused pneumonia, sending me into respiratory arrest. Beware of being extremely tired. They will tell you it's normal but it isn't for doing only radiation

My surgeon told me that if I only did the surgery and not the radiation, she would have me deemed uninsurable and that I had to follow all the protocols or she would get in trouble

I think one must really investigate many treatments / therapy before consenting to any treatments. Be wary of chemo and radiation. Don't be pressured into it especially right after diagnosis when you are vulnerable. You must look at the success rates with the treatment as well as the adverse effects.
Yes. Look at the success rates, or % rates of improvement compared to no chemo. I only glanced at this some time after when it was too late. Nearly fell off my chair and never looked again!

For all of those that won’t do chemo…I understand. I think it depends on the prognosis. I had 12 rounds of chemotherapy. My treatment was changed after it was clear that the neurological side effects were too severe. I stopped that particular drug after 4. I finished the rest of the treatment without it. It was tough towards the end of the treatment. I have long term side effects that are manageable. I lead a full life.

This was about 1975 No one knew much about leukemia then. 1 Mnth later we went back to this Specialty hospital for disease of the blood The Dr's took blood samples We were there all day. At the end of the day 2 physicians came to speak to us Our sons blood had completely reverted back to normal His white cells had normalized The Drs had No answers... 🌳🌈🍓🍎🍇🍒🍋🍊🍏🍎😍😍😍

Just before my sons 5 birthday he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. He had 3 rounds of Chemo the only he got was mouth ulcers from it. He is 37 this year and as fit as a flea.

In Canada my mother had full control over her treatment. She was given the options and odds and told it was up to her. That seems to be standard here.

We the people are the only ones that can change this! We have to do something, I admire the Navarro family, they are heroes in my book, they went against the system, that is the issue here, the system needs to be dismantled and redone, get money out of politicians hands, bought and sold doctors, judges, and agencies, and corporations will have to actually work for their money. Let's get our tax dollars work for us and not to make billions to an industry that don't care if you live or die! Let's save lives folks, but we must stand together as one voice, it is the only way if you really care!
