Awesome to hear you enjoyed this one!! As it happens, I already have a few up on this channel on the Kickboxing playlist, take a look when you get chance and let me know what you think!!
Ha ha, I am mainly behind the camera but every now and again I make the journey to be in front! I am really pleased you like the video, thanks for the kind words, they are much appreciated!!
Great video/review as always Stuart, i was wondering about the kicks on these bags and this video really shows the weight and resistance, as nobody wants a bag thats going to swing all over the place when striking!
Thanks, I appreciate you taking the time to watch it. As I said in the video, the aqua bag was not made/designed with kicking in mind but I do think it can be used well in the way I have portrayed here. The bag is heavy enough that swing is kept to a minimum even with the most powerful of shots.
I am guessing a lot of unsuspecting people kick these bags and then immediately regret it ha ha. Glad you liked the video, you will have to let me know what you think of this bag, have you ever used one?
Stuart Tomlinson Let me tell you brother, I had an absolute blast on the Aqua Heavy bag thanks to your tutorial. There will be others watching this tutorial now
I am having a hard time deciding which size(s) to get? If you had only room for two, which would you prioritize? I want to throw heavy punches, kicks and like the idea of practicing slips. Should I go with a 21" and 15" or 12" and 18"? Some people are saying the 15" is big enough. Thanks...
I get where you are coming from but I wanted to keep the title fairly snappy ha ha, plus I am doing this for the bag, the footwork section is both an added bonus and something I think ties in well with what I am trying to put across. I know it is long and I can ramble on but I hope you enjoyed it regardless!
Nowadays I mainly train Muay Thai and Kickboxing from a striking point of view but I have done a lot of Karate, Boxing and Capoeira in the past. I am a bit eclectic and just enjoy training in martial arts to be honest. I am not specifically tied to any particular one! I hope you enjoyed this video!!
Been waiting for your own tutorials for quite a while now, glad there's finally one here. Loved it!

Stuart Tomlinson that was a typeo by the way I meant to say squinting. I don't why it changed to whinging😂
You might want to add something like: '(beginners footwork n kicking tutorial)' to the title.

Just 1 tip on these aqua bags.... DONT KICK THEM😂😂 sting like a bitch, and just straight up killed my poor shins😭

I dunno man I think a heavy bag has this thing beat
nah... it's not for kicking. it's a boxer's heavy bag.

Dont go barefoot. Thats one tip lol. Even slapping it hurts 😅
