This Video was Fantastic, the Insurance companies also should keep there noses out of the P/T Notes Cigna and there 3rd Grade Dr's always misread my notes and interrupted the details different. I went thru more MRI's and CT scans just to keep them at Bay, Laying on an MRI table was brutal I'm happy now that my case is solved, I can pace my self with what I can do. My job as in the Video was very Physical and Demanding, I was a Plumber by Trade and the Insurance company said I could do a Desk Job, I have hope someday I can go back to work but not sure what I can do, Standing and Sitting are difficult and I too have to lay down during the day. Thanks for this video
I have long term disability insurance through my employer. I've had 3 lumbar fusions with chronic nerve pain not reduced. My last surgeon said my l5/s1 nerve was badly damaged and grey vs. light yellowish (healthy). So I have been diagnosed with chronic sciatic nerve root pain. Will my LTD INS company cut off my benefits soon when they think I'm recovered?
SPTT 144, I am sorry to hear all that you have gone through physically. While I am happy to hear that the LTD carrier has approved your benefits, it is certainly a possibility that they may try to deny your claim in the future, especially if your records show an improvement in your condition. To combat such, you must always submit as much proof of your claim as possible to show that you remain unable to perform your own occupation or any qualifying occupation. Update records and even letters of support spelling from your providers spelling out reasons why you can't work can help prevent any possible denial. Should you wish to discuss your claim, please do not hesitate to contact us for a free consultation.

Great video. Kudos guys! This is also why I recommend having Partial disability benefit features within your Long Term Disability policy.
