was pretty brutal when my neurosurgeon told me i had the back of a 73-year-old as a 23-year-old. I'm post op now but this i something I'll look more into for the future as i was told this will be a lifelong issue :(

What if I can’t afford to do all of these I paid for my emg and X-ray it was 870 and my surgery is 8k. I can’t afford anymore physical therapy or anything. Would that work against me?

My roommate has spinal stenosis. Hasn’t worked in 10 years. Had to quit job as it got too painful. Has just put up with the pain but cannot take it any more. Had an mri which confirmed the spinal stenosis. Has to make appt with the Rothman institute. Would she have any chance of getting disability? Thank you

I’m sorry to hear that. Please contact our office and ask to speak with a disability insurance attorney to determine if you have a form of recourse against Unum for denying your benefits.

Hi, I was wondering who to contact to start a disability claim in Kissimmee Florida? Would I have to obtain all the paperwork for MRIs and other medical records or do they help get them themselves if I tell them what doctors and hospitals I went to?
    Thank you

George, who to contact to start a disability claim depends on whether you are covered under a disability insurance policy through your employer or whether you are attempting to file a claim for disability benefits with the Social Security Administration. Please feel free to reach out to us for a free consultation if you are unsure and would like to speak regarding this and your potential claim.
