- The HOLY GRAIL John Mayer amp combo…the Two Rock Traditional Clean and Amplified Nation Steel String Singer. Well, at least as close as anyone can get without owning his amps! Together these amps create one big wall of sound from bold cleans to punchy driven tones, and of course soaring leads. This amp combo is truly special especially when plugging in your favorite strat style guitar.
Also captured in this pack are overdrive/boost pedals one would associate with John Mayer; Ibanez TS10, Nordvang Gravity (Klon), and Keeley Katana. Plenty of other effects have been dialed in for some of my favorite JM tones. Yes, this includes the Qtron!

I wish! But probably won’t end up doing that😔but definitely try the Two Rock and SSS packs I have for the Kemper. They’re good ones!

Great tones in this! Just curious if you’ve used any FRFR speakers for your modelers and if you have what you think is the best?
Honestly, I haven’t! I only use studio headphones but I have friends I send these to and use frfrs. Not sure what they use.

@edilsony2b hmmm. I personally use Beyerdynamics DT770 80ohm. If I could, I would get something that’s even lower impedance than that.
@addisonbuhl3233 I switch between the DT770s and my 22 ohm in ears for tracking.
Do you think you get closer to the source tone and feel with capture devices like QC and Tonex than with Fractal tone match?
That’s a tricky one! Personally I feel like the overall modeler experience is better on the Fractal. I just find that the whole input trim/gain issue is a bit more simplified. For what it’s worth, I sent my Fractal Two Rock tone match to my friend who owns a 100w Two Rock TC and FM9 and he was blown away by how much it sounded/felt like his amp.
