My version of Pork Banh Mi is now my favorite!!

There's always pulled pork leftover so why not make a sandwich that'll blow you away!! This pork banh mi is was a hit and I couldn't stop eating it!

Love a good Banh Mi sammich!! Try smoking a pork belly and slicing it up and using that for your protein! Good stuff!! I also like to add a little sriracha to my mayo!

Harris Teeter in my area normally has them. Now, I used my delivery service through them to order it. They said there wasn’t any. I’m really wondering if they just didn’t see it or knew what the heck they were looking for and told me they were out.
