Thank you for the comment and great question, for the most part we just put our postcards somewhere on the storm doors on bend it and put it between the doorknob and the frame of the door!
I tracked it many years back with a spreadsheet I made, but now we have been using these things for over 9 years. It's a money maker for sure! Also, we use a pie chart system for tracking and a big chunk of our customers come from these.
Than you for the comment and great question; only if you already the lawn care thing setup. I actually coach a lot of guys who are in lawn care. But, if you are just starting and don't have either one, go with pressure washing because that is your skilled trade that will make you a lot more money...starting out you can easily make 200-300 per house. Also, make sure you email so I can send you my Marketing Blueprint. Here's my email address: ask@mrbubbles.com

Idea for future episode. Cost percentages for operations. Like Marketing costs, chemical costs, fuel costs, routine maintenance costs. Not a dollar amount because that could be different for each business. Cost percentage breakdown of operations. It would be a good general idea of where the money goes. Maybe include legal % and tax % too. I know I know. These percentages can be different for each person and each state they are in. Just an idea 🙏🏽 I used to be a chef and I was always ready when the district manager would visit he would ask "what's your food cost %", followed by, "ok what's your labor % for the month" he knew what it was, but he loved that I always knew 😁
LOL, that is an underrated comment. Thank you for posting and make sure you email me so I can send you some great resources. Here's my email address: ask@mrbubbles.com

Very few seasoned washers give info on how to wash a cedar shake roof. Please give us newbies this information. Thank you Mr. B
Thank you brother, much love!
Another great episode Mr. B
Thank you brother, as always, I appreciate you! How's business going so far?
Going great, I had to hire help. Doing about $10K a month net.
Regarding the postcards, where are you placing them? Small plastic bags with holes to hang on door knobs? Do you lay them on the patio near the door?

Do you have a method in tracking the ROI on the postcards 6x9. Just curious.

Would u recommend doing lawn care on top of pressure washing when first starting off with no clients?
