    Great tips and information. I've been knocking and leaving flyers/business cards throughout the neighborhood. I need to stop being so skeptical and do a FB ad and see how that goes as well.

      It's not really hot when downstreaming. 1-3% mix is the max usually. The mix just consists of SH and Surfactant

    Hey Cliff, I really enjoy your content my man keep it up!! How did you get so good at seo for your business or did you hire someone? If you learned it online or on RUclips could you recommend any good channels (so much misleading info online)? I started my business but we are non existent online especially on google :(

      Thanks. SEO is time consuming its a never ending game cause the algorithm changes very frequently so it's not a set it forget it thing. I hired someone to build my website and they manage my SEO.

    Great advice Cliff. I noticed that when you squeeze the trigger on your gun there's no kick up in your wand iys smooth. Man mine kicks up big time when I squeeze the trigger. Is there's something you did to keep it smooth like that.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  2 года назад

      Hey brother thanks. No that's because I have a K7 unloader which is a flow actuated unloader instead of the standard pressure trap unloaders which keeps pressure in your hoses.

    Hey cliff, Everything came out awesome looking great bro!
    I have a question have you ever try to sell someone a Roof clean after you’ve done a House wash or Driveway clean by giving them a small sample what the Roof would look like if they were to have it cleaned like do a small part of the roof. Do you think that would be a something that can be done ? What do you think? Also do the five around right

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  2 года назад +1

      Thanks bro. I've done that once but typically it's kinda hard to sell like that and If they're not booking the service then they're left with a more noticeable dirty roof lol 😆 I'd rather just suggest the roof cleaning unless it's in a spot where they can see the difference out back. Yes 5 around is a must every time.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  2 года назад +1

      It varies by market but you can get 150-200 for 2 cars and 175-250 for 3 cars. Of course that includes sidewalks and walkway

    Another great video! I'm just getting started in this game so over the weekend I rented a pressure washer and surface cleaner to do my own driveway. Two things I noticed, I had to do two passes in several areas because of "Swirl" marks and I had to clean a 1-2" strip on the edges with a wand. without having seen it, any thoughts on improvements? Thanks in advance.

      Pre treat the concrete with some chlorinated liquid. Sometimes the surface cleaner tips mU be dirty or clogged. Go slow when you're cleaning. And also post treat after you're done cleaning. Pre treat is applying the chlorinated liquid before (you can do a 50/50 mix) and post treat is after you clean (spray the same 50/50 mix on to get rid of any lines and there's no need to rinse the post treatment)

    Hi Cliff, what surfactant do you prefer? And how many ounces per gallon do you use? I currently use Elemenator and don’t think I’m using enough because I still smell the bleach scent pretty good.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash  2 года назад +1

      I prefer slo mo I use 1oz per 5 gallons it's very thick unlike elemonator. I've used elemonator and I had to add like 5 Oz a gallon lol so what I ended up doing is adding the elemonator to my slo mo just for scent purposes.
      After I used the bottle I never got more again.
