I'm using a google sheet and a google doc for onboarding. So i absolutely agree... Keep it simple and dont overwhelm your customer

oh bro, I got this feeling in my head for a long long time that I NEED to have the fancy project management system like Notion to look fancy for the client. But in the same time even I had some issues with the system. With the help of your video I realized that most of my clients are not tech-persons so they will not appreciate all this fancy stuff. They need to see THE RESULTS and what are the next steps of the project.
Just bought the word file and WILL TEST it on my next client.

I appreciate this video bc I was feeling the same way like maybe my system wasn't "fancy" enough. But clients need easy tools, they don't need to learn new systems.... otherwise maybe they would be trying to learn WordPress.

I built a complete portal where they upload images/text to their wanted web pages, and they also have a messages area. Extremely simple. I once had a client who sent 70 emails each with an image attached. My email is now free.

Totally true. I've used some really simple methods and sent clients a link, and often it cases more questions than progress.
Wow, I need to wrap my head around this a bit more. I like the concept, but having trouble understanding the implementation. I need to get up to speed with this. I am going to look at the pack to learn more.

onboarding ? ... I get their name, and contact info add them to my excel files and scan their facebook and instagram for pictures. good enough for 99% of my clients ^^ But my niche is easy peasy ;) I did buy all your packs tho
