The tour of the Jewelry Quarter would be AMAZING for those of us that likely will never have the pleasure of getting there! Obviously know there would likely be filming restrictions, but would be amazing even to see the outsides of the buildings.
And btw, wasn’t live today, but 10k is typical in US, not 8K.

I’m housebound so would love an online tour if Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. My best friend’s mother, Sheila Mason, wrote a book on it.
People who make beaded jewellery call it handmade. They are t making the beads. Jewellery use pre-cut stones. So if they do that you are saying the pieces aren’t handmade because they didn’t cut the stones.
The woman who was loosing her sight. Maybe could have offered to turn her jewellery into a tactile piece?
