    👉 Don't do too many exercises.
    👉 Don't train your bicep more than 2 times a week.
    👉 Don't take heavy weight ( choose a weight by which you can do more than 8 reps).

    I have seen a lot of Fitness related Videos, none of them explaining like Jeet Bhai, I am doing my workout and follow his instruction. In the last 4-5 months, I got a high result on my Physics.

    I m 45 years old with 74 kg weight - healthy lifestyle but even after daily home exercise my body is not flexing. May be this is due to high metabolism rate. Need guidance if possible. Thanks for reading long message.

    My right hand is factured when I was in 4th, now I am 29, my right not getting bend in elbow as much as my left one so my right hand byshape is seen bit bigger than right one, how to take care in workout to fix it? And one more q is can we work out while suffering from common illness like badan dard, fever, sardi sirdurd etc.?       @@rishavsaha9303 I think the breadth of my Shoulders has increased which pushes my Triceps a little more downwards and the Back muscles a little outside. So it also enhances the looks of my biceps. 4 of my friends have complimented me after looking at my profile pic on whatsapp. But please note I am not a bodybuilder but fond of working out.
