There's way too many things to take into consideration if that were to occur, not to mention there is the question of what would the Americas look like had the Europeans just put off colonialism and focused much more on mercantilism, like this scenario suggests.
The "good" ending being the continuation of the Qing just shows how little people know about it. The Qing were so extremely oppressive towards the ethnic Han Chinese and were dispised for it. No actual CHINESE would have wanted the Qing to live another moment of their life.

As a Chinese I’m so curious about how the colonial empire of Ming would be till today. This is really fun to watch and i can see there is so much to prepare to make these maps precisely. Excellent job!

Ming had great ship craftsmanship as well as having musketeers. Ming actually colonizing India or discovering America would strengthen ming. Ming would be a more stable version of the British empire.

This video was well researched and very entertaining I could not stop laughing. There was one ending you could have added and that is the Great Song Empire. Perhaps the biggest what if of all. If the Song was able to resist Mongol invasions, reunite, industrialize, then modernize 300 years before the age of enlightenment, world history would have been very different. China would not be as big as it is now, but similar to Ming ending, the entire world would be a lot more Asian.

@@kets4443 The Song did not industrialize but exhibited some trends similar to Europe when it was on the cusp of industrialization. Stuff like its drastically increased steel and textile production, population boom with urbanization, and general rapid technological advancement. They also were starting to work out useful military applications for gunpowder, although unfortunately for them their other rivals plus the Mongols were also able to keep up with this. Granted, I don't personally believe they would've actually industrialized that early even if the Mongols never came, but if anyone were to beat our real life record they were by far the strongest contender.
Dragon King Ending - Emperor Qin Shi Huang had discovered the Elixir of Life and hid it from the public and forever reigned China and eventually conquered the whole world.
Reminds me of the Chinese Lostbelt from Fate Grand/Order where Qin Shi Huang, aside from discovering the elixir of life discovers and learns the secrets of the Fusang Tree and becomes its immortal leader for millennia

I actually think the Ming colonial ending would be the best for China. Imagine if China also had a piece of the colonies that Europeans had, or even better, discovering the new continents way before the Europeans and settled in there, the world would be a whole different place now.
Ming's greatest admiral, Zheng He, was born on 1371 and died on 1433 (well before Columbus discovered America) If he was given enough support I'd imagine the world would be a whole lot different. Not saying better or worse, but just different.
