By looking at the pattern of her list, all of the watches are old/reissues. So I think it might be the reason why Duro isnt there which only released in 2011.
I was working on a cruise ship as a dishwasher and sometimes helping the sailors aswell. I boarded the ship with an old hand-winding dress watch which I could not wear in the kitchen and outside with the sailors because of it's limited water resistance and because the worry of damaging it. So 3 days pass by, not wearing my watch which made me feel "nervous" because something is missing from my wrist. We stopped in a german city called Koblenz, had a 2 hour break before the shift start and instead of taking a nap, I googled the nearest plaza with a watch store inside it. Went outside, found the store, and of course, picked up my 1st and only G-Shock. I was elbow-deep in water and food waste in it and not a single mark you can spot on it. 2 years since and still going strong.
I'm wearing my A168 today and it is so 80's retro cool! Hard to believe but I get as much enjoyment from this inexpensive little Casio as I do from wearing my Rolex. I also love my DW5600 - and it wears smaller than it looks. Such a tough watch. Love Casio, have tons of them!
one of the reasons I won't buy a grail watch as I suspect my cheap and cheerful collection would bring me just as much joy . If I where to win the lottery ......
That “10 year battery” writing in red on the world timer is hilarious! Reminds me of Toyota back in the 80’s with that factory sticker on the rear window saying “my Toyota is fantastic” 😂
Fun fact I lost my world timer 13 years ago when I moved houses. Found it last month inside an old box still going strong and just a couple of minutes off.
You can use toothpaste with a tooth brush to vigorously remove unwanted decals if you don’t have Goo Be Gone on hand. A Casio looks much more attractive after a cleaning! 😊
@@un_reveur some weeks ago i ask to my uncle for his DW-8700 if he still haved it, i remember since i was a ki, he said yes, but it ge flood after a batteru change (The guy who doed on't screwed correctly, an go to a pool) Anyways, it was like 8 years ago and still operating (with missing segments for obvious reasons :/)
Id honestly include the Oceanus line up as the Luxury Casio that offer amazing value from titanium build with sapphire glass with amazing fit and finish for less than 500, maybe even less than 400 depending where you can get it. Maybe not as readily available but still possible to get if you want to wait a little while.
As a girl who prefers a digital watch cuz I don't want the extra time it takes to read an analog watch, I do have both the F91w with the jelly strap variant and the a500. The f91w with gray jelly strap makes the watch standout less because it blends with any skin color. The a500 gives me 5 alarms plus an hourly chime. Perfect for days when time is of the essence at work. The world time is an added bonus. Not worried about annoying people with the alarm since I work from home.
My father has some Analog Casio watches which he bought in the 90s for like 10$. He stopped wearing it because he has time on his phone but wore it every day for like 20 years. He had a battery changed once or twice, that's it. You can't beat Casio value for the price.
Rolex was focusing on making cool watches for rich people, but casio made cool watches for the regular people, and i have to say casio shot it out of the park
I’m a watch collector for over 20 years and I watch RUclips about watches for over 8 years, first time I really see a video of Casio and every nice video, I really learned more about this brand and this will my my Kids first watch and because the price is very low I’ll buy probably every single reference, thank you Gringa…
Oh bless! This comment has made my day! I’m so glad you enjoyed! ❤️❤️ making and researching this video made me want to buy like 4 Casio’s this month! 😂🙈
I have a Casio CMD-40. There is nothing that compares. I had one in high school 15 years ago, and when the teacher rolled out that tv and dvd combo, man, I was king of the school. Made a lot of friend with that watch, countless hours wasted in class just with the teacher trying to work out why the tv kept turning off.
I can't even count how many Casios I've had over my lifetime. Whenever I wear a F91W, I always have this nostalgic feeling of being in the schoolyard and being one of many kids in my class to wear a watch. Over time I have just given them to friends who want to step back from their Apple Watch and back to something simple. My last Casio I ever owned was the Casioak with the white case and band. That watch was the pinnacle of my collection after I sold my Omega Seamaster. Now not owning any Casios in my collection, watching this makes me want to visit my local department shop and pick up another one just for myself. Currently wearing a Swatch watch made in 2002, really like Swatch watches just as much as Casios.
@@knowwork9 I don't have much experience with the F94. They both have similar backlights. If you want something that has similar looks but more modern, I would look towards a A168. The backlight is brighter and you have similar functions to the F91 and F94. It also gives that retro look like the F91 & F94 provide. This is from my own personal experience with the F91 and A168. It all depends on your own preference, but if I had to choose only one, the A168 is a solid choice.
Bought that first classic casio. I really never liked watches. I always used to wear massive chunky men’s watches but now I’ve realised I can just have a nice petite one. I ordered it since my job kind of needs me to keep my timing and record when truck drivers show up, it’s gonna be so much easier for me to just use a watch instead of scrambling around for my phone and risk losing it down drains. I’m going to buy the same but in silver. I can’t wait for it to come tomorrow!!!
I like Casio watches. I want to buy A168 as first, than maybe CA-53 and Tiffany Blue. You are the only person on YT who likes Casios without carrying that there are better quality watches. You talk in a simple, funny and cool way. Girl you are amazing!
I love that you made this Casio video out of all the watch brands, Casio has a soft spot in my heart I have worn Casio more then any other brand from 1 grade until today how can you not like the brand my fav Casio is the f91-w that's the first watch I ever got as a watch gift from my grandma. I have had many f91-w's because they have been lost, stolen, or broken did you know that they make fake f19-w's be careful when buying one, you wouldn't think they made fake watches for such a affordable watch but they do lol. I also love my calculator Casio I have passed many math test with that watch. I have given away many world timer Casio's as a gift and everyone loves them, its great to see you talk about affordable brands on your channel can't wait to see the swatch video later watch Fam. ✌🤘
Casio is *the* best watch brand there is, I only have one currently but I am eyeing a whole bunch of them that I will buy soon, and they're so cheap that I will jump from one straight to a small collection. Also, the watch I'm wearing now I've had for a little over 20 years now.
I've been using Casio for decades now, and I have the f105. Been my daily for some time now, and It gives great nostalgia from the iconic 91, while being a complete upgrade, and with everything perfected. Just flawless.
Just got my first Casio (F-91W) and I'm smitten. There are of course many wrist watch yt channels but I'm quite stricken by the charm you add to the subject 😊
I bought that gold one for my mom three years back. She had this ability to make many watches malfunction/ break in a short time. But that Casio stood the test 😂

If anyone can talk you into buying a casio it's this cool woman. I like this video so much I've subscribed and off out to a store to buy another Casio 😄
Shout out for the Wave Ceptor which is accurate to the second thanks to its radio connection - I got mine in a charity shop for a tenner, I don't wear it often but I use it to set the time on all the other watches! (I also have a gold A159 and a metal Casio-Oak)
Excellent list, Britt. I would’ve just replaced that last one with the Duro “Marlin” Diver. It’s probably the best legit dive watch for the money to be found anywhere.
I have the F91, F105, F158 with black clean face, F168, the small 38 mm g shock(this is for you too) and on its way the Ca53. A good friend will bring me from Japan the F84!!
I just ordered my first G shock today, I got the 5610 due to all my research it is the best of the best at it’s price. As well having a watch with solar power and atomic radio the style is immortal.
Theres not much better then seeing a new Gringa video is up and ready to watch after a hard days work. It’s an awesome escape. I love Casios too. My work watch is a Casioak 👍🏻 tough as nails
Yes Brit!! And you didn’t say Godtier once!!! Proud of you!! Casios are the way I express my love for watches and my friends by gifting them for all special occasions!! My MR-G was a special gift to Me myself and I Mr G 👍🎉
Great video! I have two Casio's in my collection. The world timer, on an aftermarket strap. My second one is a G-Shock GW-300 from like 1999, love this watch, still going strong. Have a great day. -David
I had Casio growing up. I currently have an all white Casi-Oak and it gets tons of compliments. It's not too big for your girl wrist. Get one, you won't regret it
My rich uncle bought me a Rolex oyster, I thanked him and hugged him, full of joy, for buying me an expensive watch to be sold the next day and got myself most of my GShock collections that I had ever wanted. This was 2yrs ago True story
I love this! My watch snob days are behind me, and I’ve been sporting a wide variety within the Casio vintage lineup. Just yesterday I was wearing my green calculator watch!! 😊 I’m now geeking out over the translucent g-shocks.
My daily wearer is a Casio since I can just put it on just forget about it. However, this is a big, heavy watch that I immediately take off when I get home for comfort. I've been saying that I would wear one of my 30 watches in my collection once this watch breaks down, but it never does. It's survived a drop onto concrete stairs, with me still wearing it.
I have a sporty Casio Lineage with titanium band and case, sapphire crystal, Tough Solar, and atomic time syncing. My daily driver though is a G-Shock GW-M5610U.
I have casio DB-37H Multilingual databank, and it is the best watch I have ever seen ! It has 13 Languages, tele memo 30, 5 multi function alarm, dual time, and the best feature which many watches don't have is "auto light on" which is equivalent to raise to wake, if you turn it on, the moment you turn your hand to see the time, it will automatically light up the display.
I have an entire section of my watch collection that’s just Casios: 1) G-Shock DW5600E (my lounging at home watch) 2) G-Shock GW6900 (my camping watch) 3) G-Shock GA-150 (gift from wife, it’s my tooling watch) 4) CasiOak (casual going out watch) 5) Casio Duro (can’t believe you forgot this one! People can’t believe it’s an actual Casio).
I have several Casio Royales as well as a silver A700W on a Milanese bracelet. The A700W gets a lot of complements due to the thinness of the watch. Casios are much more expensive in the UK.
@@BrittPearceWatches I managed to get a A700 from Hinds the jewellers when it came onto the market. It cost me only £17.99 as it was the last one on their display at the time. It's a great watch and looks great on the wrist being very slim so perfect as a unisex watch. Certainly a good choice and much cheaper than the A1000 range costing three times as much. The Milanese strap sets it apart from other Casio watches.
Great list. Casio rocks. You forgot the casio TQ-140 wake up timer. Got one for free as I purchased my first g-shock in 1998 or so. Still working as my everyday alarm.
The remote control casio was my FAVOURITE! I used to change the channels on my school TV and the teacher had no idea what was happening 😂😂 In my defence, I was 14 😂
After watching The Mad WC Russ I went out and fed my urge for the F91w, such a tiny bundle of childhood😉. Now, you’ve given me the next urge! The calculator watch, omg I think I destroyed the one I had as a kid my using a pen or whatever to use those tiny buttons. Fabulous vid, loved it......
I tripped over your channel whilst wearing my a100we. I have a few Casio models and I totally agree with you that although these watches sell disposable goods money, they are definitely worth their outlay. They’re fun, cheap and accurate so what else do you need (except the PF Tonda GMT). Good job 👍👍👍
G-SHOCK GW3000M-4AER the all analog watch with all the nice characteristics, gorgeous orange strap and atomic! Really the most beautiful watch I ever seen!
I kinda forgot that Casio started with calculators. I always found the calc watch awesome but never felt the need to actually own one. Now I need and well... just ordered one. This is now my 8th or 9th Casio watch what should pretty much complete all the 'basics' you need to have from that brand. Thanks for the reminder!
The casioak bluetooth option is not just to find your phone! It syncs with your phone so it will always show correct time making watch hands move themselves to correct the time or you can control them through the app. What a brilliant watch requiring no maintenance or battery ,it charges itself through solar via artificial light or sun light, always shows correct time, absolutely gorgeous.Ive got one in matt black and I always roll up my sleeves just to show it off because of how much I love it.
some underrated Casio gems are the W202 and W59. W59 is basically the F91W but with better water proofing, and W202 is just the best overall package, great features, small design, good backlight, lightweight (no metal band), everything i love in a digital watch is the W202.
Great review, I even learnt a new word- "muggles". Casio are my only watches, mainly G-Shock. Over the last 10 years, I've reduced the amount down to a more sensible 6 watches. Functional, affordable and accurate; exactly. Regarding the large size of the G-Shock and smaller wrists, they do have a Baby-G series. My only regret with Casio, was not buying the original Matt Black Mudman at Schiphol Airport in 2009. They are now more rare than hens' teeth, and those who have them for sale charge an extortionate amount for them.
Morning... and this is a really good work! I wear my Casio-beater almost all the time: W-S210H An amazing Casio with a bunch of functions oriented to the people who likes the sea and the beach. For 40€, theres is no a better sea-holidays watch in the market, solar powered and indestructible! Saludos!
You forgot Casio Wave Ceptor watches! They silently tune into super accurate radio time signals. I just love to have a few dual-display analog-digitals which show perfect symmetry in accuracy!
I'm 50 and I've just bought the Casio calculator watch just to remind me by the good old days! Though I can't see the time in it without my reading glasses...I'm still super happy to wear wrap it around my wrist lool
The best G Shock ever: awm500 The quality is another level. Made in Japan. The case is a thing of beauty and makes the other metal cases look a bit plastic sprayed gold. It's absolutely amazing!
My first watch ever around 10 was a blue g-shock it was quite expensive at the time and to have it as a kid. I went to a watch shop with my parents and their friend and they looked at watches while I immediatly went to the g-shocks and he asked me if I like it I nod and when we were leaving the shop to my surprise he put the watch on my wrist I am 34 and will remember this cool day forever.
The Casio 3299 world timer is an amazing watch. It will load five time zones from a selection of FORTY NINE cites around the globe, all available at the press of one button. Britt mentioned the stopwatch and countdown timer but didn’t include the five alarm settings, which are very handy, plus a permanent calendar good till 2099. I purchased mine four years ago after Jack Forster gave the watch a rave review on Hodinkee. I love it, plus you are unlikely to be mugged for it on the mean streets of London.
This was a nice trip down memorylane. Ive had 3 of these watches in my childhood. I remember the one with calculator on it was awesome. All boys wanted one.
Great video! The DW5600 is amazing but the GMW5510 is a few dollars more and has tough solar and multi band 6. This means you never have to a battery for up to 20 years and the watch updates its time to an atomic clock 6 times a day. It's maintenance free!
Exactly. I never will understand people who are bragging about how much they spent on maintenance. It's stupidity. My dad's old Vostok runs without maintenance since 80s. He just changed strap ( NATO, around €3). Wears daily.
I love Casio watches G Sock GW7900 love it it’s Solar powdered and tells you the moon phases and when the tide comes in and goes out and it’s big 👍 great video ❤️
For value I would strongly recommend the Casio Lineage line. Titanium, sapphire crystal, solar, radio/atomic sync, analog-digital, lume and LED, perpetual calendar, world time, multiple digital timer functions, and under $200. Amazing value.
I own 2 calculator watches (black and kaki) and honestly it just shows off my personality. Easy going, not materialistic, fun and geeky at the same time.
I’ve got eight of that selection. My MQ24 is on a grey NATO, my world-timer has a metal case/sapphire upgrade, and my MTP1377 is on a leather strap. You missed the MRW200H, a fine 100m dive-ish piece.
I've a few omegas, Seikos, Hamilton and others but got a casioak in all black. It's next to impossible to read the time on it. But I love it! I'm going for the world timer next! Love Casio
The truth is Casio watches are just better than watches that cost millions of dollars. Simply because they price the watches very perfectly. And from broke to rich everyone and anyone can literally own a Casio.
I absolutely love my Casioak and my daily beater the World Time AE-1000W. My mom owns 2 casios and my 11 year old nephew is super excited about his new F91W. Awesome video Britt!

Theres not much better then seeing a new Gringa video is up and ready to watch after a hard days work. It’s an awesome escape. I love Casios too. My work watch is a Casioak 👍🏻 tough as nails
have 2 casios,CASIO FORRESTER ALL BLACK CASE and CASIO CASIO ROYALE ILLUMINATER all plastic black
I just bought my casio royale a while back! Im a happy 47 year old kid. Next is the sigourney weaver casio , the back to the future as well!
I just remember when John Candy tries to pawn his Casio for a hotel room in (Planes Trains and automobiles) and that kills it for me. 💔
MTP-V005L-2B5, but swap the band for black. Blue dial, black band, the perfect watch for me.

Good on ya!
@@simonzinc-trumpetharris852really? Did you sell it? It's looks bad on you if you sell a gift. You got an awesome uncle buddy don't sell it
you're very courageous for saying that on line!
I love this! My watch snob days are behind me, and I’ve been sporting a wide variety within the Casio vintage lineup. Just yesterday I was wearing my green calculator watch!! 😊 I’m now geeking out over the translucent g-shocks.
I have like 5 Casios, pretty much all of which were mentioned in this video. 😂
My fav is probably the F-91W, because, you know, it’s the OG Casio.
I have an entire section of my watch collection that’s just Casios:
1) G-Shock DW5600E (my lounging at home watch)
2) G-Shock GW6900 (my camping watch)
3) G-Shock GA-150 (gift from wife, it’s my tooling watch)
4) CasiOak (casual going out watch)
5) Casio Duro (can’t believe you forgot this one! People can’t believe it’s an actual Casio).
I have several Casio Royales as well as a silver A700W on a Milanese bracelet. The A700W gets a lot of complements due to the thinness of the watch. Casios are much more expensive in the UK.
Ahhh top tier Casio's my friend.
In the show Mr. Robot, season 4, I saw the Casio F-91W worn on Whiterose's wrist and I had to have one immediately.
Great list. Casio rocks. You forgot the casio TQ-140 wake up timer. Got one for free as I purchased my first g-shock in 1998 or so. Still working as my everyday alarm.
Casio W36 “Marlin” blue and yellow dots… The best Casio in the history.
The remote control casio was my FAVOURITE! I used to change the channels on my school TV and the teacher had no idea what was happening 😂😂
In my defence, I was 14 😂
Casio is my number one. I’m an absolute watch freak. I was 10 when I got my first casio. It’s my #1 watch to this day.
8:40 that's my watch. wearing this while watching this video. 😄
Wearing a G2100 right now, absolutely love it! A G5600 is next on my list🤞
Oh GET IN! I love it! 👏🏻👏🏻
It’s from Harry Potter
Morning... and this is a really good work!
I wear my Casio-beater almost all the time: W-S210H
An amazing Casio with a bunch of functions oriented to the people who likes the sea and the beach.
For 40€, theres is no a better sea-holidays watch in the market, solar powered and indestructible!
Saludos!
I have over 40 Casio Watches, also have a Sigourney Weaver ( Alien) watch
You forgot Casio Wave Ceptor watches! They silently tune into super accurate radio time signals. I just love to have a few dual-display analog-digitals which show perfect symmetry in accuracy!
I'm 50 and I've just bought the Casio calculator watch just to remind me by the good old days! Though I can't see the time in it without my reading glasses...I'm still super happy to wear wrap it around my wrist lool
James has that and loves it!
Casio efv 100d is a work of art. Check it out. The edifice line has tons of great models and they are super affordable.
I wanted a Tudor BlackBay 54. As the Tudor is not available I just bought a Casio A159 gold after having watched this video 😂
😂💪🏽
LMAO @ "Keep trying, Patek. You'll get there, sport." You're a riot.
Watching this excellent little video wearing my Casio DBC-32D.
The best G Shock ever: awm500
The quality is another level. Made in Japan. The case is a thing of beauty and makes the other metal cases look a bit plastic sprayed gold. It's absolutely amazing!
i got the all black casio Retro B640WB-1BEF i love it its classy and fits with evry outfit
❤️ My Casioak even if I'm Allergic to the case back 😩
Hope the new house is OK Brittany 🙏
@@vipeton.8927 Vostoks are quite solid, as these were issued to Soviet soldiers.
@@Hasio-Maszkietnik yes. Also they has some old school charm.
@@vipeton.8927 I don't have any of them yet, but I have to satisfy myself with my little collection of 5 casio watches. Im really into that brand.
Just saw the first video of this channel. And must say, what a lovely host. 24/24
I love Casio watches G Sock GW7900 love it it’s Solar powdered and tells you the moon phases and when the tide comes in and goes out and it’s big 👍 great video ❤️
Ahhh what a cool watch! I need to look more into the GW7900! :O Thank you sooo much!
Love you, hate Casio. You still get my upvote 😂
Where's the Duro? Fantastic budget dive watch!
I’ve got eight of that selection. My MQ24 is on a grey NATO, my world-timer has a metal case/sapphire upgrade, and my MTP1377 is on a leather strap.
You missed the MRW200H, a fine 100m dive-ish piece.
My favorite video of yours
Out and about! Love the Canadian accent
I have a few Casio digital watches the one that gets the most wrist time is the A158-W. I wear it almost daily.
Ahhh so good! 😍👏🏻
I just ordered one a500wa-7 for my world traveling ;)
The Bluetooth feature on the gab2100 is the shiz
