I've only bought casio's for the last 10 years and have no regrets. Started with some stainless Ediface analogues, but my latest is a 5600UE solar square G. It's my favorite so far. It's tough, lightweight, and a good size for my small wrists. I always had issues with full stainless watches being to bulky and heavy for me. I work in a lab around various acids and solvents, so the resin construction has additional benefits.
I owned the DB-380 more than a decade ago, it was really cheap back then ... And my dad got one for himself too, mine was plastic, his was steel. We lost mine in a river... My dad got tired of wearing his. It never broke down though.
I bought a 5610 with the tough solar and multi band 6 and payed 93 USD two years ago. Best watch purchase of my life I wear it everyday. It has never died in me and has a good backlight. Highly recommend this watch I can swim with it on
My calculator watch was illegal in my school, although I was never told about it. Meaning, it was confiscated by my teacher on day 1 of me wearing it, and was pronounced lost when my parents come to reclaim it. Thats why whenever I saw a ca53 in my collection, a bit of sourness lingers in my heart, because I was literally saving for it.My dad being angry as he is, could do nothing. So instead he bought me my first F91, which I still have until now.
The best thing about RUclips is the odd rabbit holes it sends you in, I'm so glad that the algorithms sent me to your channel. I'm loving binging all your reviews.
My everyday watch: Casio Edifice EFS-S510D-1AVUEF-Solar, saphire crystal and 100WR. Bracelet is rubbish but I should have bought more than one. A great value if you can find one!
Discovered your channel only last week and O boy; I am addicted! It is not only V funny, silly fun (silly like myself but you are the Lord, the king, the ayatollah, the emperor, the messiah of creative silliness!) but very to the point, full of useful information and a no nonsense opinion at the same time. Genius! Carry on please, life is suddenly brighter and more enjoyable for me and many more people who follow you channel, I am sure of it! Last but not least; Casios are great! Thanks fella 👍 Why did I ever spend so much money on Swiss mechanical watches? Still try to work this one out 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Iv just received a A159 as a gift and I'm in love with it I'm now on a mission to own many more casio watches i can not believe how cheap they are ❤👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Much awe, much respect. It's difficult to find why the bloody hell the awkward RUclips algorithm didn't offered me way before the most entertaining, passionate and elaborated channel for our beloved watches. Thank you so much. Cheers!
I just ordered an AE 1500WH. Under $20 US. Biggest time display, maybe I can read at night without my glasses. Before that my most recent Casio is a W753, A Moon and tide data watch also under $20 US.
The AE1200 is hands down the best one, in my opinion. I love the look of that one and while it's not super small, it still looks fine on my medium to small wrist size. Also, there are a lot of ways you can mod that one.
@@THEMADWATCHCOLLECTOR I would love to see an episode on watch modding. This website has a bunch of Casio mods that are amazing. casimods.com/ I'm currently waiting on parts to make my AE1200 a post-apocalyptic watch.
The first time I wore a calculator watch in front of my girl, she said, why do you have that, I typed the ol 58008 a little wrist tilt, she laughed. Knew she was keeper right then.
Hi! I would add Casio Duro or MDV-107-1A2VEF, this one for me is the best value for money you can get. Other Casio I would definitely add is the AQ-800E-1A, I've recently bought and I'm very happy with it.
I have the Casio F 91W but I have the olive green variant but it really is a good watch it’s lasted me all these years and it hasn’t failed me once I put a NATO strap on it and now I’m going to wear it in the Air Force when I join
Fun fact. The first casio you showed (can't remember the name) is the one they sell in state prisons. At least in North Carolina. Still have mine today and wear it.
My first daily driver Casio was my dad's old G-2300-9V G-Shock back in high school. He wasn't really using it much and I had just broken the either Casio or Timex watch I'd been using up until then. I still have that watch and take care of it best I can while using my Royale and other watches more frequently. He's also given me his old vintage Timex Ironman and Citizen Stiletto, both in working order. I'm saving up now to get him one of the cool upcoming Star Wars Citizen Ani-Digi character watches for Christmas this year, I think he'll like that.
A great video explaining Casio watches. I've been a fan for 40+ years and have owned many. This list you've made is excellent inspiration for a potential next purchase and your madcap personality makes it all a bit of fun.
Appreciate the collection walk through. I just love the gold calculator. That just screams 1980s, like the Rolex Bluesy. I recently added my first Casio, the DW5600. Quartz, good EL, one alarm. Simple. Solid. That recessed button top left messed with me. I thought it was broken. Lol

You are absolutely right with your Pringles comparison. You can't own enough CASIO watches. Plus: Once I put on one of my CASIO watches in the morning, I feel bad for the other ones having to stay at home.
I love my Casio G-shock DW8300 'Stargate'. It's pricey now and it's a real whopper on your wrist, but it's at the heart of my humble little watch collection.

The blue casio f-108wh-2aef is a nice watch .. weirdly enough I picked it up in Argos ... flicking through the catalogue and picking out a new watch to buy is strangely satisfying !
This video inspired me to buy the AE1200! I love the aesthetics of it, it has that 90s vibe that I remember from some video games when growing up - even though I didn't live in the 90s myself, my family was poor and I grew up with a lot of the stuff from the time thanks to my parents. Also it being very water resistant, and an absolute monster of features, it is right up my alley, I like having a wrist gadget that feels out of a movie
@@THEMADWATCHCOLLECTOR Here to say this video yet again helped me with another purchase! I bought a MRW-200H for my younger brother - with him being a non-watch nerd, he broke my heart when we I was talking about watches with him, and he decided to buy a replica watch of a G-Shock, even when the watchmaker had original models, and when he explicitly told us that the models shown were replicas. And I taught him about the qualities to look for a watch, may it be design, durability, or function, and to be aware of trying to buy from reputable brands. This particular model is because my brother doesn't use the watch as a tool, but he does like having an improved look, but his wrists are massive, and only a model with a rubber strap would suffice. And since the MRW is pretty cheap, plus it is just what he was looking for, I took part of the extra money to buy him a real good watch that will last long. He was pretty happy! Especially since I got him the one with a camo style, he enjoys the "military" aesthetic on a watch.
Another great vid Russell really enjoyed it! I like the look of that Edifice at the end too. Here's a few handsome Casios that might interest you: 1. Casio Edifice EFR-S108D-1AVUEF (sapphire crystal + 100m water resistance). 2. Casio Edifice 38mm EFV-110D-1AVUEF 3. Casio MTP‑1302PD‑1A1VEF 4. Casio MTP‑1308D
Another great MWC vid to accompany my morning coffee and start my day with a few laughs!! I bought the fishing timer but gave it to the neighbour kid... "There's fish on it!!" 🤣 Another great reason to buy a Casio! Kids love them! I no longer have a digi now, but this may change... A great weekend to all!! Especially all the Dads!

Hey, great video as always! I’m looking to get my kids into watches (i own 12 Casios and other Japanese and Swiss watches) I’d love to buy my 10 year old son a G-Shock but all i can find are ladies watches. It would help to know the options to get these kids in the game to avoid this industry from dying.
Get the Casio MW-600F-1AV I've had it for 4-5 years now never changed the battery it's a dam good beater watch ...really a underrated watch with alot to offer 🤙🤙⌚👌 cant wait for the review 😂
I love my a158w. It has everything what I need. It has this vintage looks like f91 but with much better band. And even though it's wr30. I swim with it and it has no problem with it whatsoever.
I remember in middle school in the early 2000s teachers would still check to see if anyone had a calculator watch before a math test. Classic. Thinking about one of those fishing ones next too. Love my 5600 though. I feel like every PE teacher and coach I had usually had either a dw290 or some form of a GShock.
I always watch your videos it makes me so happy that people still buy Casios. I was wondering to buy the DBC-611 but I'm worried about buying it. Cause I have a wrist size of 6.1 inches.. should I buy it? Please help me out mate!
Besides my M:i-1 &M:i2 Casios the DW290 & DW6900 my favorite basic Casio is the F108, I need to see what you think of it! It’s a solid watch hard as nails
Just remembered that i had bought a casio as a beater when i was in the states back in 2015 and its still available , not a digital though but smart , its the MW600F-1AV .
I can`t believe I haven`t come across this Channel before . The MWC has such a similar taste to mine ( I love cheap affordable watches ) and I love his sense of humour :) Just subscribed , Thank you 😄
You should get a Casio MDV106 commonly called the Duro if you don’t have one. Currently on Amazon at less than £50. Dive watch styling, 200 m water resistance and unidirectional bezel and it is said that it’s the watch that Bill Gates wears.
Thought you might say that. Luckily I have large wrists. Just had 2 weeks holiday in Rhodes and took 4 watches with me. Really massive Zelos Abyss 3 in Bronze, Casio Duro, Vostock Komandierski and my HUAWEI GT2 smart watch.
Loving the content. I have several casio and seiko watches - 90’s and present day. Also the same about early 90’s mountain bikes. I must have a touch of the Retroids!
I hope you have the review of DB-520, the older version of DB-380. I have no problem with DB-380, but I think I must prefer the re-issue of DB-520 but hard to find both online and watch shops nowadays. I'm glad I have that one which is came from 1987 model. My DB-520 is my early school/work partner for almost 23 years and never dissapoints me. Very reliable. I'm always come early at workplace. Battery spending, but nevermind. And DB-520 has more features such as world time and telememo 50 storage that appears on screen. I hope you have review that particular model. But after all, it's Casio 😊🙏
check out the casio aw80 line up.. worn in the movie 3 idiots... bang for buck.. outdoors theme ana digi with telememo30 and world time. 40mm but wears like a 38... im just loving it, i got the green one.
@@THEMADWATCHCOLLECTOR We followed the same path then. Bought one, loved it and then I had to sell it because it was to big big for my wrist. I just think that it should be on any list for best watch (not just Casio) under $100. Cheers from Spain!
I still enjoy my G-Shocks but the Casio Royale is the best bang for buck for $20 in it's category. The cheapest G-Shock is $40 with the same stuff as $100 to $800 G-Shocks.
Great video MWC, thanks for sharing. I would include the cheap protreks SGW100 and SGW300 (they are big but packed with functions), and the very stilish B640 black (with normal screen, not inverted). Go for the fishing WS1200, I think is an amazing underrated watch, with a superb module, lots of functions, and great animations that remind me of the Casios from the 80s. Greetings from Colombia
You should look at casio DBC-32 great illuminator large display like the casio royal and best buttons on a data bank and cheap . Mine was 32 pounds on Amazon .. love the casio vids by the way 👍🏻
So somehow...not quite sure how EXACTLY, I ended up buying the F84W-1 (Japanese version of f91w) and the F91W with a GREEN border! What am I doing and why?? BTW, would you review these? I think it could be fun. Or maybe that's just me and I too need to get a Casio "Fridge". Ok, let's blame the heat and I am going to lie down in a dark room. PS: at least they were cheap MWC, I hope YOU understand me...
Great! And perfect timing: My daughter (8 years) got her first Casio today! F91 in orange...
Sebastian! That is superb timing! My daughter has the Orange F91 to!;)
My daughter got the f91w in yellow for her 7th bday 😊
Bought 2 Casios this year: A168 ($18) & the DW290 ($38). These watches give me so much happiness and take me back to my youth.

Absolute gent ! Thank the algorithmic RUclips gods for getting you to the channel Adam!!!
I bought the fishing watch for one of my mates who’s big into his fishing. Anything to stop him blanking!
I had a Casio Pathfinder that vibrated. They don't make it anymore. It was $30.
The fishing watch rocks! The most inexpensive moon phase on the market and a 10 YEAR battery. Stellar! ✨
Surprisingly entertaining 👍 , a bit like the Argos catalogue in the 80s 😂
Absolutely!!!! Thank you for watching my friend!
The mad watch Argonaut. 🤣😂🤣😂
I have the Casio f91-w, it's my first Casio but I'm getting the feeling it won't be my last!
I recently picked up a W-800H for around $25 USD...100m water resistance, large legible screen, dual time, 10 year battery...a real bargain!

The w800 is awesome as well. Great square'ish and simple design.

I can`t believe I haven`t come across this Channel before . The MWC has such a similar taste to mine ( I love cheap affordable watches ) and I love his sense of humour :) Just subscribed , Thank you 😄
Thanks so much for finding my channel and stopping by! Welcome my friend!
Brilliant video 👏👏👏 I absolutely love Casio, have several of them, and will definitely keep buying more. Thank you for an awesome review. Cheers 👍
Felo!! Thank you my friend! Appreciate the support!
You should get a Casio MDV106 commonly called the Duro if you don’t have one. Currently on Amazon at less than £50. Dive watch styling, 200 m water resistance and unidirectional bezel and it is said that it’s the watch that Bill Gates wears.
Had my friend then gave it away …………. TOOOOO BIIIIIIIG!!!!!!! Check out my review of it;)
Thought you might say that. Luckily I have large wrists. Just had 2 weeks holiday in Rhodes and took 4 watches with me. Really massive Zelos Abyss 3 in Bronze, Casio Duro, Vostock Komandierski and my HUAWEI GT2 smart watch.
@@StevenMRSenior well it’s amazing value for money Steven that’s for sure!
Really nice video! May I recommend the ae1500? It looks quite chunky but it does pretty much everything, and it's well under 100. Cheers!
Thank you very much for this! Will of course check it out!
Grat video, thanks for sharing. I am also a great Casio Fan myself!
You did not mention the AQ500 or AQ800, Why?
I just bought a second hand G-Shock GA-100 and an AE1200 on a bracelet for £25 in near perfect condition 😃
Loving the content. I have several casio and seiko watches - 90’s and present day. Also the same about early 90’s mountain bikes. I must have a touch of the Retroids!
Hahaha!! Superb Tony!
Thats a great collection, I believe the DW6900 deserves the same love :)
You should look at the 358AMW-320C. An 80s and 90s classic! I had one in '85 or so.
Rich! Yes very nice looking! Sporty!!
Brilliant collection, the ultimate has the be the F91w though, everything you'll ever need
Thanks Jason! Embarrassingly it’s all we need! But let’s not worry about that!;)
bought myself the A500 world time recently, best small Casio out there, A168 is too mainstream
Also the Casio vibrating watches there's many to choose from those are cool very underrated check them out
A Watch that gives me retrovibes is the G-Shock gws 5600
Casio are amazing. Love 'em.
check out the casio aw80 line up.. worn in the movie 3 idiots... bang for buck.. outdoors theme ana digi with telememo30 and world time. 40mm but wears like a 38... im just loving it, i got the green one.
No Casio Marlin (MDV106) on the list? I'm quite surprised. Great video though ;)
Hi Miguel, I bought one, did a review on it, gave it away….. why?????? TOOOO BIG!!!!!!!! Good watch though!
Absolutely double T!
I would rather to add the casio sgw100 in the list, it will be awesome 👌🏽
Great choice Hamad!!!
Just watching a film called 'Warriors of the future' featuring the Casio DBC
Love it! You deserve far more subs!!!!
Oooooo some great choices my friend !
You should look at casio DBC-32 great illuminator large display like the casio royal and best buttons on a data bank and cheap . Mine was 32 pounds on Amazon .. love the casio vids by the way 👍🏻
Thank you my friend! Will check these out!
You're too funny!! Love the your Schtick. Well Produced!
Thank you my friend! Appreciate that a lot!!!!
Casios in recent movies such as Army of Thieves and Morbius.
The MRW200H is a gem! I think the Casio Royale will be next.
I don’t fish but the Casio Fishing Gear is still a fun watch.
Definitely! I’m up for getting one!;)
