    I have been doing overnight steel cut oats with chia as well before watching this, with almond or cashew milk, maybe a little yogurt... with sliced almonds and blueberries (and some honey)! So easy and so good! Sometimes I also put molasses as well for iron...

    Are chia seeds same as sabja? It’d be good if all ingredients in the recipes were totally Indian superfoods.

      Namaste Claraji, the nutritive power of both Chia and Sabja seeds are more or less the same. You can have any of the two seeds soaked in a cup of water for 30 minutes
