I wanted to build MG, KK but I figured it would lead to games like this. Looks super fun to pilot, but terrible to play against. I was not expecting the poison win though.
I rooted for Massacre girl, cause I like -1/-1 counters and can't wait to put her into my Scorpion God deck. Sadly the Duskana-deck was completely destroyed by Massacre girl. And the Pride of the Hull Clade was just as stupid as I imagined it to be.
Massacre Girl is a terrible design. Draw engine based on killing creatures? Yeah, load the deck with "minus" cards so that no creature based deck can play proper commander game.
It's not terrible design, it's just not something that you want to play against constantly. I would be okay playing against it once in a while. It's a completely different league than Tergrid, who I would never want to play against
@@joedoe7572 they are the same. Removal and discard are usually a "minus" card. Sure you handle a threat, but you also spend cards. That's why you don't fill your deck with removal or discard, because you also want to develop a board, draw some cards, etc. But if you start rewarding discard cards and removals, this is the result: you can just fill your deck with said removals and discards.

Just built a Teysa deck and it goes OFF with Tymna the Weaver, Teysa, a few spirits and Delney, Streetwise Lookout.
MG,KK is pretty legit control

What power lvl are those decks? I kinda liked the MG but my Teysa deck is way different on approach.
Mid to high power. Depends on your scope for defining high power. We view these decks as mid power.
