    Because of your simple and clear tutorial, I’ve finally understood this stitch and am finishing my SILs hat with it. It was easier to understand than Yarnspirations video! Thank you so much!! 🧶

    😮Amazing how a video from long ago can make all the difference….
    This video tutorial of the crab/reverse SC (US)/knurl stitch is the best one for me. It was like magic watching this stitch properly come to be.
    For me it was about the way the hook is initially inserted, then the way the yarn was pulled through down and then back up to have the two loops on the hook.
    😄and now I can continue my project, not having to substitute w a different stitch, but the correct stitch!!
    🎉I have a proper, good looking, stitch. 🎊 😊 tysvm!!! 🤗

    Best tutorial I’ve seen for this. The others don’t show the backward motion the same as you do. I still can’t master it yet but thank you so much.. 😊🌸👍🏻💚

    My older son and daughter in law are expecting a boy within a month now and I had been agonizing over a nice edging to the blue and green baby blanket I crocheted. I saw the picture of this edging and said, that's it! Not frilly and a neat, clean edging I can work up fairly quickly after the longer time of making up the actual blanket. Your video was perfect and I am so happy with how this little guy's blanket turned out - thank you!

    I had never heard of this stitch before, but I needed it as a border for a project for my daughter. Thank you so much for the clear explanation!! I found it quite easy, actually, which I SO appreciate because I get VERY easily frustrated :-/ I'll be checking out more of your videos 🙂

    But when you go all the way around and need to join it… how do you do that without it looking funny?

    Thank you for your reply. I have only just found your channel and love the way you explain the stitches in your tutorials and going at a pace which is so easy to follow. Could I ask if you would say U.K. version of the stitches as well please x

    I love this stitch, but I needed to figure out how to join it at the end so it doesn’t look too obvious. Unfortunately, this didn’t help with that. 😢

    On your diamond tutorial did you sc around them first before the reversed crochet? Thank you for your easy to follow instructions👍

    • @bhookedcrochet
      @bhookedcrochet  7 лет назад

      I didn't put a single crochet border around the diamonds. Just reverse single crochet in each stitch to join them. I've had a lot of requests for a demonstration of this. I'll be working on it soon!
