Quick Update for Davinci Resolve 18. The "export edit index" function has been moved to its own spot under the menu accessed by clicking the three dots of the edit index itself (the place where "show markers" was located). You select the three dots, and it will be at the bottom of the list.

4:40 it is NOT milliseconds, it is Frames (per sec) And yes, you can clear frames-digits in Excell (=LEFT(timecollumn, need_digits)) Or in Word/Notepad++ by holding ALT-button and vertical selection

It should be noted that markers are used in DaVinci also for other reasons, such as navigation throughout the work, so it will be necessary while editing the Excel to remove the rows that are not meant to be a part of the chapter list. One way to do it could be to color them differently in DaVinci
Very good and informative video. Two suggestions though to make your video even better. One, slow down your speech a little bit so you're more understandable and two, go to your settings and change your cursor size to something larger and maybe a black color so that it's clearer in the video. Otherwise, great job!
Is this a Studio only function? Because when I use it with Resolve it always fails, either it dosen't create file or the file is deleted automatically once created.

How do you export the bookmarks for a video that is not on youtube???
